You are correct but generally speaking, it makes very little difference since you don't know what is going into soul and what would be going into hand but by rules, yes they should soul charge up to 1 and then draw up to 1 each time separately for each order.
Love your videos mate but just wanted to let you know that the music is a bit jarring at times and maybe you could choose something softer or something "hype". Just my opinion though.
