Snow white and the huntsman was my favorite movie she was in and i loved how she talked about female characters are being written now
Okay, but other people thinks, it goes too far away from the story and far away from the views, Walt Disney had.
The saying "Go woke - go broke" aren't empty words and few people who gives a like to "woke" versions of old stories, can't prevent the Disney companies from bankruptcy. Also if you would watch the movie 10 times, buy the bluray and visit a Disney theme park 2 times a year.
that is true and i agree with you I was just commenting on out of the movies she played that i have seen this my favorite. I don't really consider Snow white and the Huntsmen as a remake or a live action movie of the original snow white I see it as a alternate universe or something
and i am very unhappy with what is happen with the current remake of the movie because the Disney that i watch as a kid are being ruined in my eyes

I like Kristen, I think she's really grown as an actress.
Snow white and the Huntsman was criminally underappreciated. Huntsman winter war was also very good. Too bad it wasn't a trilogy.
Zegler is credited with 5 films she's completed including snow white. Why use someone so unknown for such a legendary story?

It should be a total unknown, so the actress carries zero baggage to the role. If it was someone famous, it would be that persons "version" of Snow, instead being able tondisappear into the role. Snow needs to be the star, not the actress who plays her.

My point was more She hasn't had much experience in this industry in comparison to some others. For a role of this importance, and magnitude they should have hired someone who has more thoroughly demonstrated incredible skill.
I agree though that picking an actress that wouldn't detract from the role is important. This is snow whites story, not the story of (Insert Legends Name) playing Snow White.
I don't totally dislike Zegler but putting someone with so little experience in front of the camera for such a huge role seems like a great way to make a plausible flop.
We'll see. Hope the movie is good.

my favorite snow white is Gennifer Goodwin from the TV show Once Upon a Time she embodies the badass girl archetype but at the same time stays true to the character
I know a lot of ppl shit on Kristen, but Snow White she did really well in imo. Bella is such an awkward ass character even in the books. She was great in the Charlie's Angels movie even though that got a lot of hate too.

Snow White and the Huntsman had the unfortunate stigma of the Twilight craze surrounding Kristen Stewart, as well as her being compared to Charlize Theron for appearances, which in hindsight was kinda harsh. I was one of those people saying those things, and I regret them. When I finally saw the movie, I liked it and found Kristen wasn't half bad in it, but thought her best scenes were as a compassionate princess before she dons any armor. Discovering these behind the scenes interviews made it click for me; Kristen completely GETS Snow White, and she always had.

Stewart always has this look in her eyes like she's completely dead inside. Even in her movies, I mean just look at that scene at 1:55 total dead eyes. Awful actress
