In a funny sort of way it does make sense to have an actual child working on the severance floor. I just rewatched S1 and had the thought all the way through that the Innie's are basically children, emotionally and in terms of experience.
The innies are absolutely nothing like children. They’re not developmentally challenged … They can read and perform all the tasks they normally would on the outside. The only thing that changes on the severance floor is their memories and elements of personality. Memories and personality have nothing to do with de-aging you. Enough.

Gemma was “dead” for about 2 years, which is how long mark has been severed. This child is older than 2, and mark said in an early episode of season 1 that he never had any kids.
The age wouldn't match up, altho just b/c two actors are asian doesn't mean they're related (if so she might be an existing relative versus their literal daughter but i don't think they'd do that twist again with mark being connected someone), but even so i don't think she would look 'mixed' enough rather than her being fully asian.
