Applied this concept to my trading last night and it really helped.
The Bid / Ask was a bit confusing as to the reason and direction (limits vs aggressive orders) and this was an incredible yet simple explanation, even after having done a paid course in order flow previously.
    Thank you!

how do you have access to order flow? and how we know the order flow software cover the whole market of the world?

@@syedhaniraza Futures are regulated by a central exchange which logs all orders on the futures contract. This is very different to CFDs where it is decentralized and each broker could have their own order flow depending on their client base. I access orderflow using Tradovate via Apex Trader Funding - I've got tutorials on my channel. It looks like Dale uses Sierra Charts and you can simply buy the access to data from a provider if you don't want to go through a prop firm.

So retail traders with limit orders actually trade with the market marker as opposed to the retail trader with market orders trading with the rest of the retail cohort ?

Does delta help determine if passive limit orders is much more likely than aggressive orders?

Hello, on a limit buy order, does the price need to be on the ask to fill or if it only reaches the bid is enough to fill ?
    Thanks

Hi Dale, Thanks for the content!!!
but I have a question, we know that passive buyers and sellers are limit orders right?
So these same limit orders can be stop orders ("stop limit")?
in a certain region of support or resistance or even at a top or bottom where there is a significant increase in contracts in the
Could Bid be triggering stop limit orders?

correct, only agressive buyers or sellers move the market

Price is falling. You see high Bid side. It means aggressive sellers are driving price down. Market orders. Then it stops. Big numbers still on Bid. Actually, even bigger numbers. Absorption is now taking place. That big number is no longer Seller market orders. Rather, they are limit BUY orders which were waiting there to be executed. Now absorption is taking place and good time for a reversal or a sideways market.
