Thx, Sheri... I don't always tolerate it... missed a few days already. We don't usually have winter weather smack us in the face quite so early in the season like this but I promised myself I'd do this... because I can! Before Carnivore, it wasn't an option. Limping severely just to get to the kitchen was my previous existence so, you bet your assets I'm going to get out there now! Lol! I'd say anything below minus 10 is too cold for me and that includes the windchill so even minus 2 or 3 would be a challenge if there was a bitter wind. That's why I'm extremely grateful for the mini trampoline my daughter gave me and the multitude of free workout videos available on YT. Nothing better than dancing around the living room or bouncing to my favourite disco tunes!! 🙂🤣❤🇨🇦

@SheriMorgan I always say, it's what you're used to. My youngest has been in Cali for almost 20 years now and she can no longer handle the cold! I can't handle the heat in Cali but Carnivore is helping control body temps and reactions to temps! 🙂👍❤
