5:11 Sounds like the timing might just a tad bit too advanced. It sounded like a little spark knock in this high load situation where it didn’t kick down at this throttle position. Absolutely a stunning car! I’m not even a Mustang guy but I love the way this car looks all around. I imagine someone will snatch this one right up.
Definitely a very clean late 60's Mustang. Money was surely invested in this project. The only minor issue is it sounds like it could be misfiring and needs properly tuned for that Holley sniper kit. Or, it could be that the tires rubbing the fenders were causing the odd noise. The sound from the exhaust just didn't sound like it was tuned properly.
For this 66 Stang with the sniper system, for someone did not want her to be left behind, for they had something special in mind, just to say hey I'm different a long the way. The front end and the rear end in mat black was just a part of the car owner of the day just to say hey. For the 3 boult of the pully tells me the same thing of what Nick said, it's a 289 and not a 302 of years later. For this old timer I think she runs better than the 302 in years later of the day. For she is a great price for what I see here today and that's no BS, because I have been doing this for many years a long the way.

Done in the CS or California Special - they could be ordered from a Ford Dealer with this option. Not intros color - which is tight - If this is areal CS under the paint it's worth a lot more than your asking
If it is a 302 with overdrive it could be a Town Car Engine and trans with Overdrive... I wanted to put a Cobra Jet in my Town Car years ago... No 4-speed automatic Trans for it... If I were ever doing a rebuild I would go with the 4-speed automatic... Great Cars & Great Shows...
You can easily modify the floor seat platform/brackets. I own a 65 Mustang and I’m 6’2”, just an inch shorter than you. I did have the seat floor platforms lowered 2 inches. Installed a Mustangs to Fear one piece headliner, that also gave me extra headroom…and the brackets go further back now. You can now fit an NBA basketball player there, lol.
Some of us can’t use stick shifts anymore. I have an 65 coupe myself. All my previous cars were manuals, but had a medical complication where I now have neuropathy on my left leg/feet. Unfortunately it’s automatics for me nowadays. But yeah, I know what you mean.

I'm not a big first gen mustang fan but if I was that's a pretty nice and clean one.

@ Yeah I’m 72 and had a left knee replacement and it’s really been a great relief…
