I gotta tell y'all, I had a conversation with my brother yesterday (who is paralyzed) and we were just talking about Jesus and some of the human things we struggle with in our minds and he had mentioned knowing Jesus could heal him but he hasn't and how at times that can cause a little bitterness. ( saying that, my brother Micheal has the best attitude out of anyone I have ever met with a disability. He does not complain, doesnt take medication, just a beautiful person) Anyways, so I'm at work this morning listening to y'all and I thought about that conversation and began to pray for an answer for Micheal and I'm not kidding at the very moment Jase starts to talk about the paralyzed man and how Jesus made the point that its more important our sins are removed and we make it to heaven, then to walk again (its hard to remember the verse exactly while I'm trying to type this) but its amazing to me how God just spoke to me for him through y'all within a seconds time. Thank you! Hope this made sense in a text!

Phil, My Dad is 93, he had the same surgery and now reads the news paper WITHOUT his glasses.

Amen, I was diagnosed with cancer 9 years ago had a 15 percent chance of living, my faith was on Jesus, and I said to my husband either way I win, I'm so thankful for my miracle and I thank him every day, I'm am so grateful for this pod cast I have learned so much from listening to all of you and by the way my Anniversary is on Valentine's day also ,so Jase my husband as a win, win, on that day, lol, bless you all from Lexington Ky. .

Prayer request!! I have an honorary granddaughter that is 7 and the sweetest little thing. Saturday night her parents took her to the ER for leg pain, they found a tumor on her leg just above the knee. Tomorrow starts the visits with the doctors. Both my daughters died as teenagers so I will never have grandchildren of my own but this precious baby girl calls me Mamaw! I know JESUS is still giving miracles and I ask everyone reading this to remember her in your prayers.... Her name is Avery Rose Hatfield...... by the way I’m actually her great aunt....
I'm praying for Avery Rose to have healing and wholeness in Jesus name.

Jase, I just want to stand in agreement with you about having faith whether or not God miraculously heals. My friend's mom is nearly 80, and she was admitted to the hospital a few nights ago, because she was in such agony and throwing up. She was misdiagnosed with IBS when she actually has stomach and intestinal cancer. It is to the point where it is entirely blocking her digestive system, and she was vomiting actual feces. They gave the final diagnosis as inoperable end-stage intestinal cancer, and to get her affairs in order. One by one, many of us from our church visited her in the hospital over the weekend, and we placed our hands on her and prayed along with her. Not only has she never lost her smile, but she has a new diagnosis that the cancer can be removed!
You and your family are truly a blessing, brother Phil! You are my blessed brother in Christ. I love watching and keeping up with the Robertson's, not the Kardashian's. 😆
I was diagnosed with throat cancer in 2011 just before Thanksgiving. My church family and my pastor prayed and anointed me with olive oil at the alter and I am happy to say that I have been cancer free ever since. Praise the Lord! 😇🙏

I feel exactly the same thing! The Bible is very hard to read cover to cover & understand everything exactly as intended so this show HELPS TREMENDOUSLY! I try not to ever miss a show, even if I can't listen on Sunday I'll definitely listen another day!!

@Travis Reed It's GREAT & VERY RARE to see, know or hear people like that because most people are so afraid of offending someone else OR they don't care what anyone thinks and ends up offending someone or someone gets so mad about what another person said. It's a ridiculous cycle...However, I do think Phil chooses his words carefully & intentionally. He appears in some ways to be clueless. However, he's a very intelligent man!

When I had Lasik surgery, they called it a “twilight sleep”. It was a major dosage of Valium along with a vicodin an hour before surgery. Then they put numbing drops in the eyes before they clip the lens open. I was essentially pain free. The drops afterwards not only help lubricate, reduce inflammation but also serve as an antibiotic
Pray you have a good eye surgery ,had this done now I have 20/30 vision you'll be fine.

The following comment is not a Correction, but a Distinction. LOL
The verse Daniel 3:18 "Even if he does not" is mistranslated in modern translations. In the Hebrew (and even the KJV), "If it be so" in V17 refers to the king throwing them in the fire and the "But if not" in V18 refers to the king NOT throwing them in. So they were basically saying "Whether or not you throw us in the fire, out God will deliver us". They weren't questioning whether or not God would deliver them. I feel that this is a distinct point and worth mentioning. Thanks so much for doing this show. We love you and pray for you daily.

I know what you are talking about. My grandfather never took pills. But he’d go to the farm and ranch store and buy penicillin and he would give himself a penicillin shot when he had a cold coming on or something but he got put in a nursing home when he was 89 and the doctor gave him one aspirin and he went into B fib they actually had to restart his heart thanks for sharing Jesus to us. I'm 58 years and for about 55 years being the last 3 years I woke up and was able to see where he was with me when my mind would not recognize him I am truly blessed it get out of that motorcycle world that I was in it is a sergeant of arms I did the bidding of others and one day he struck me down it made me open my eyes I was truly blessed I'd like to say thank you do you and your family for helping me understand the meaning and intent of the word I don't read and write too well so what all of my knowledge is vocalize to me and I am thankful in the truth of the Lord
I love that you guys are doing these podcasts, I truly look forward to them. I look up to you guys and am thankful that you are using your influence to edify and strengthen the body and help set captives free. Having said that, I would like to hear you speak on "eternal security" because I'm not sure your beliefs on that very important topic. I heard Jase say in this podcast: "if you realize GOD has forgiven you and you have GOD'S SPIRIT, so you're going to be raised from the dead, it's guaranteed, there's 100 verses that say that..." I didn't think you guys were Baptist but that statement sounds very calvinistic... unless you misspoke? I am thinking of the passage in John 15 which ...i'm sure you're familiar with stating we are the branches, JESUS teaching is that we must *abide* ... and many like that...? Thinking also of Matthew 24&25, JESUS' teachings in this chapters don't mirror what you are saying in this podcast. We have to cooperate and stay in cooperation. Turn, Surrender & follow is what HE calls us to do. There is an endurance & a staying the course that is required...
I also wanted to comment on your conversation about how JESUS was healing and then when HE touched the man he saw people as trees. And it is so interesting but we ****know**** that HE wasn't experiencing a power outage or some such. I would like to suggest that the first sight that the man had seeing men walking as trees was *spiritual* sight. The Bible definitely describes us as trees in many different places. I think JESUS gave him spiritual sight with that first touch and then with the second he was back to regular sight.

Dis ease. Testing ground here. Jesus, the way, the truth, the life. From the time I came to Jesus and began reading in the book of John (suggested), later reading in the Old Testament, Isaiah 53 captured my attention. Regardless the issue, it was paid at the cross. By his stripes we are healed. Trust. Hope, faith, charity. Willingness to seek truth through the Holy Spirit's lead as we walk. I'm 73 too, Phil. At a point in my 40s, time was erased in my mind, really everything. For some days I felt stupid because nothing was up there. Blank sheet. Start over again. Another chapter.
So much admiration for the Robertson family.
I had both eyes done due to the same thing and I also had Stigmatism so at the time so I also had corrective lens for it also installed.
Told my husband to watch this - he's getting ready for cataract surgery.

For someone who works in healthcare, I am thankful for the deeper explanation of the healing power of Christ. Much more important to save the soul than the body and it's sometimes easy to forget.

It's the first thing I noticed!! Why aren't there more people seeing this!!! Sooooo blatant!! Wtf is going on??? I know it went with his story but somebody from that camp/crew has got to know what that is!! It's possible that maybe one of the producers knows and did it without them even knowing... But if I'm not mistaken it's pretty much tan by Al the eldest son which could make some sense cause he's part of the current Church and so soooo many of the pastors are wolves in sheeps clothing so maybe he's sneaking it in....I don't know but it hurts my heart seeing this cause I really like these guys. Ben Carson one of the greatest human beings yet you have people that say oh hes slow or dumb. He's a brain surgeon he thinks on another level way beyond most human beings.
Sickness isn't God's will. It originated from sin in the garden with Satan as its author. Every believer can ask God for healing because we were redeemed from the curse of the law.

What Jase is saying about there is something greater than the miracle. I have watched people looking for the baptism of the Holy Spirit for the power, the gifts, or so they can speak in tongues. But there is something greater than personal power or speaking in a language folks don't recognize. The Spirit of the God of all creation wants to live in you, teaching you the Word of God in your spirit. Even though we don't understand the magnitude of what he is offering, he will accomplish what he began in you. Don't sweat the small stuff.
Thank y'all for doing this podcast. My husband and I have been watching/listening since the first episode, and we look forward to every episode. It's really brave and selfless of y'all to expose yourself to some interesting characters and criticism out there in "internet land" to bring the Word to so many. It's truly appreciated. If I were y'all, I wouldn't change a thing.
Although a plant is used, to induce an out of body experience, the out of body experience is separate from the plant, or the hallucinogens! We all have a pineal gland, look it up! A third eye socket in the brain, the third eye or the minds eye if you will! I am blind in my right eye, but the last time I shot a t the range, I used my minds eye to hit the target, I could not see the target rings, just the outer ring, using my minds eye I envision the target, imagining if you will where the center of the target is, and sure enough to my surprise when the target comes back in, there are holes in the center of the target! Like shooting a basketball! MIRACLEs, I had a friend with crohnes disease, the doctors just kept cutting away at his large intestine, finding nothing! I did some minor research on Wikipedia I asked Mark if he ever looked into his small intestine he said no! So he did, the next time I seen him, he said that he had been carrying an infection all along in the small intestine, and all of the extra surgerys were unnecessary! Fixed that easily! I don't have to much faith in the medical field! As much as I do simple miracles! Man is easily manipulated! When you all are ready to listen, look me up, I'll be up on the mountain with God & carving words into stones for you all.

My entire life has been just 1 great example of what you stated is ABSOLUTELY TRUE!
Troubles DO not always make you stronger. Troubles in this world can cause PTSD also. But the Almighty stays with you through it as the Holy Spirit never leaves you nor forsakes you.
scottishcovenanters .. this is true . But you know the Almighty is with you even when the PTSD in bothering you , that’s strong FAITH . It can move mountains. And every time you have a PTSD spell and make it through , that ole faith just gets stronger and stronger. 🙏🏻... my Dad was Korea , he did and saw things I’m sure we never heard about . They called it “SHELL SHOCK” back in the day . But you just hang on to the good Lord and you’ll come out way stronger on the other side my friend.

The bible clearly says that Paul's thorn was not sickness but was a harassment he was suffering because of his great ministry. Thorn in the flesh is like our pain in the butt statements about people or circumstances. Andrew Wommack, awmi.net has a good teaching on this. Jesus said my disciples will : heal the sick, speak with other tongues, cast out demons, raise the dead, preach the word. Most Christians are living in the old testament and not understanding our new covenant which makes us new creations with new abilities. Curry Blake's Kingdom New Man Series, Divine Technician Series, and Diversity of tongues seminars teach all this straight from the bible.

My wonderful husband is much older than Phil and God Bless him he now has 20/20 vision because of cataract surgery like Phil experienced. All he remembered is the doctor coming in, that’s about it. I was the many eye drops nurse for my husband for five weeks after surgery. Many years ago my husband suffered a detached retina in his right eye, surgery was much different then, they drained the fluid that caused the detachment and added a new lens. Very sick for hours...constant vomiting. Had to wear a black patch for many weeks. Since then they have progressed a lot, thank God. I guess at some time I am next for this surgery, no worries 😉

I was blind, but now I see.
I also had cataract surgery, and you are right, whatever they give you to calm you down, I’ve never experienced. The guy called it Happy Juice, given intravenously. All I remember is seeing the kaleidoscope. 20/15 now!!
