I was a poll worker in Precinct 95. One issue I observed was that a few independent voters were upset because they did not want to vote for either ballot. Of course, we explained that Arizona is not an open primary state, which meant they would need to choose either the D or R ballot if they wanted to vote. They all did, but they were frustrated about it.
