I sure would hate to live inside this 1 light community in case of fire, mass evacuation, active shooting incident or what ever emergency could occur. There is no possible way to evacuate 181 families

I hope @v8stmpr reads your reply and realizes that Prop 486 is NOT a tax increase but that he/she is already paying this 1/2 cent tax to help maintain our bus and light rail transporation and keep community colleges affordable.

I have to say that they do, do alright in pinal with the roads. Only problem, they fix it all, only to tear it up, many more times after!!

I was a poll worker in Precinct 95. One issue I observed was that a few independent voters were upset because they did not want to vote for either ballot. Of course, we explained that Arizona is not an open primary state, which meant they would need to choose either the D or R ballot if they wanted to vote. They all did, but they were frustrated about it.

What Pinal County is doing is very important. And it is an innovative solution to a significant problem in Arizona. Other counties should pay attention.
