im confused; it was quite unclear what the three main elements of O.L is; are you saying it Is who an occupier is and then trespassers and visitors? i don't understabnd

What if they trespasser is a child and becomes injured on private property
Thanks for the great question. There’s caselaw to suggest (Edwards v Railway Executive) that children ‘may’ be considered to have implied permission, even when expressly prohibited to enter an area.

Can a occupier be a boat owner?
Yes. As long as he sufficiently controls it (Harris v Birkenhead) he could be held liable towards a visitor or trespasser that suffers injury.
