My favorite thing was the fact that there didn't appear to be any form of engine braking in my example so driving the hills between Rochester and Norwalk was like stretching a rubber band while climbing the hill and letting it go as the car careened down again when I took my foot off the gas.

Pro tip, not all microwaves are the same. Some have digital microwave generator which can properly modulate output power for different power levels, rather than the older analogue on/off every few seconds type.

I almost always dial power back and greatly appreciate the digitally controlled power outputs rather than on/off cycling. But there's not much effective difference.

malaise for me was the mid 2000s - late 2010s. there are some good looking cars out there these days - honda's current gen civic and accord are as nice as i can remember of the last 4-5 gens, the camry, corolla wagon, (corolla GR and GR86 too!) hyundai ionic 5/6, kia gt6. audi's designs still look sharp, bmw maybe less so 🐽 and mercedes' EVs 🥚 volvo still makes its beautiful wagon and audi is starting to bring their wagons stateside too.

It's King of Prussia and it's bigger now than it was 15 years ago. They finally combined the Court and Plaza to make one huge shopping structure dedicated to credit card debt, hiding receipts when you get home, screaming kids who just want to go home and would crawl on broken glass before trying on another pair of shoes, and parking lots so large, you can see them from space. You're a true mall warrior if you do battle at KOP on Black Friday.
On its own, its fine. Its just the fact that when it was new, dealers were selling them for almost BMW 3 series money. Not even Ford's fault, their dealer network was just scalping those things for as much as they could to profit off of Boomer nostalgia.
My wife LOVES her Flex and vows to drive it until it looks like that Montero in the video. That said, it's been super reliable and there hasn't yet been a Lowe's run it can't handle.

Back when the iPhone was new, buses of Asian tourists from NYC and DC would come to the Apple store just to buy as many iPhones as they could to bring home and resell.

I think the biggest things I've seen issues with online were occasional leaking water pumps and brake pad deposits in the earlier years, and issues with spark plugs/coils as some of the factory plugs can be not great when running higher boost.
lucid is 1%? LOL - it's not cheap but they start at 75k, well within the reach of the upper middle class.... plenty of pricier porsches/mercedes/bmws not even considering the pricer stuff (mclaren/ferrari etc etc)
