My mom got one of those two summers ago! Every summer she goes overseas and works in archaeological dig sites, which means staying in hotels that don’t have laundry services. She taught me how to use this, it’s an arm workout for sure!
@@ellenh278 Oh yeah. I forgot about that. I also had abrasions on my knuckles and/or wrist after handwashing a basketful of laundry. But doing it in small batches would probably be ok.
I do this when camping on my motorcycle. Keep your dirty clothes in a dry bag, when you want to wash add water and soap. Strap the bag to the bike, ride to the next campsite. The riding shakes everything up. Works even better if you ride bumpy dirt roads. Then when your at camp for the night hang it to dry on some paracord.
Oh, Ive had Scrubba wash bags for what feels like AGES. We do a moderate amount of handwashing at home (delicate items really do last longer this way), and I loved the wash system so much, I bought them for each of my outdoorsy relatives for gift-giving holidays! 😊
legit garbage. if you're going to wash them in the river, just do that, they put rocks in those rivers to scrub on. No need to buy some gimmick junk that will be used once.
@@Internetpimp the water doesn't need to be sterile or anything, you just need biodegradable soap like mentioned, and relatively clean water. Swamp water won't do, but water from a river or lake will be fine
I bought a Scrubba wash bag a few years ago. They're so good, even just when staying in a hotel. Clothes come out cleaner than hand washing in a sink, it makes less of a mess, and you can fit more clothes in it than the average bathroom sink.
Pure respect to this man here no excuses he still continues with life and that’s a big inspiration keep going mate 👊💯❤️P.S Can someone let me know where to get one of there’s from
my brother does rucking. I suggested he gets one of these bags and straps it to his back, instead of his rucking bag, goes for a run and washes the clothes at the same time! Always best to find more functions to activities and times that are already part of your life.
Neat. But don't look specifically for eco friendly soap. Regular detergent used in the correct amount is just as good for the environment due to regulations. The proper amount of soap is 2 tablespoons of detergent in a regular sized load. This bag would probably take somewhere around 1 or less tablespoons.
I have scubba washing bag 🙌. Last year I went to Vietnam for a month with a small backpack. I was doing my laudry with scuba bag. I love the backpack minimalist travel that I don’t have to take tona of heavy clothes. Just wash them with scubba ❤
I love this clip it’s more work than what a washing machine can do I don’t think 2 mins of rolling a bag full clothes will do a good job!!!especially when we have a few kids😂 But I enjoyed your the humour in the end😊
I had a coworker like you when I was high school age. Once he took food for a delivery and he came back with the food in his car Lmfao like what did he do then? 😂😂😂❤️
I’ve used my scrub a for YEARS now and it never does me dirty! Is awesome for anything delicate or those days you realize you need one outfit but don’t have a whole load to put with it.
For camping near a lake, Just use a 2 gallon zip lock freezer bag. Fill with soap and water and shake. Next dump this out and repeat twice with water and no soap for two rinse cycles. Dump water out at least 100 feet from water source. Do not do laundry directly in a lake even if you have exo friendly soap. Its better to let the soil break down soap. Hand on line. You do not need inflatable hangers.
I did my laundry in an ice chest the other day. Drip dried in the shower then hung up to dry all the way. When I lived in an apartment without laundry I did my laundry in the tub and used a spin drier to get the water out then I rinsed and did the spin drier again then hung it up in a rack. It works. I used a wooden wash board and it gets clothes super clean. Way better than a traditional washing machine. I used the “nina soft” spin drier. One of my best Amazon purchases. Some other ones will ruin your clothes (stretching them out) bc it’s too much force.
Never thought i would see a mfk blow up a hanger in my life💀
Apparently they're useless, he threw em on the ground
I was like, " What in tarnation is that thang!"
I never thought to see ppl pouring out liquids from there original container just to put them into a different container. Times are weird now

Sounds like a cool job

Awesome mom! What are these bags called? I want one!
This isn’t a joke video 😮😂
I feel like handwashing would be way easier. Just get a good eco-friendly soap and your clothes would smell fresher than that.
Hand washing wrecks my hands though. If only that bag did dishes too 😂
