What I have learn in my 20s is to never ever EVER forget my boundaries and values as a woman for no one! We tend to get lost in relationships where we forget our values. This time around I will come first.

Sabrina, I had to pause this video so I could comment & then I’ll go back to finish lol. As someone in their 30s I loved this so much. I was a person who was TERRIFIED of turning 30 when I was in my 20s because I felt like that meant I was getting “old” (I know, silly lol) but I can say without a shadow of a doubt that these have been the BEST years of my life. I love it here! I truly felt like I really stepped into my “grown woman era” when I turned 30 and I love it. Also, I am married and still go on solo dates. I love spending time alone 😂 I go shopping, to the movies, out to eat all by myself. I enjoy spending time with my husband too but I am one of those people who truly enjoy spending time with themselves. I encourage everyone to do it!

CHILE I just turned 40 and I still feel like a kid. The people pleasing is deep and just transferred to my husband and kids. Good for you for recognizing it now.

I would have gotten married and had children in my mid 20's. I think modern society has women thinking we have all the time in the world, and that's far from the truth. I'm going to be 40 with a kindergartner 🥴

One thing I’ve learned in my 20s is to never, NEVER beg a man to love you or want to be with you, he’s not worth it.

I’m 28 and the most valuable thing that I learned is to set boundaries with people and also speak my mind about things that bother me .

I’ve learned.. Be comfortable with being uncomfortable.. I use tippy toe around expressing my point of view or emotions but now I don’t hold back when I’m standing firm and confident, even though may not be easy..the best thing to do!

I am 33, and I definitely feel better in my 30s than I ever did in my 20s. I had both of my kids in my 20s, but I still didn't get to this point until the last year or two. I'm more confident - care way less about what others think. I used to be so insecure and didn't even realize it. I used to care way too much about impressing people - even if it meant sacrificing my precious time, energy, and happiness just to please other people or make sure they like me. I just feel more myself and confident in my skin. I've realized how fast time goes and to not waste it! It took me so long to realize that life is so much more than being the prettiest in the room, the nicest, most impressive, etc.... none of that means anything if I'm not even truly happy. And who would've thought just letting my flaws show and being imperfect and taking risks even if I fail and setting boundaries has actually helped me go further and make more friends and feel happier! Gosh I used to spend crazy money and time and stress just to throw extravagant birthday parties for my kids that was really all to impress other people because my kids don't care!

I am 31 - my 30s have been THE BEST! clarity comes with age, I have found what I truly like and dont do anything to be liked by others. I think once I reached my thirties it was me truly finding myself and living my truth truly the best I've felt my entire life. mentally, spiritually, financially etc. :)

I’m 47. And baby listen. I could literally write a book on what I’ve learned in my 20’s. But being in my 40’s is absolutely amazing. I love it here!!! The way I have absolutely no f*

I just turned 30 in feb and honestly what I have learned is to never feel bad about setting boundaries and never forgetting my morals and my values. I am really looking forward to my 30's. all my 20s I was working and getting my master's degree and I am just looking forward to enjoying more about life and seeing what life has to offer. I also learned to give myself grace and not be too hard on myself. love your content Sabrina!

What I learned is to fully understand my worth. I don’t have the best of luck with relationships. I tend to choose guys that are not genuine. Now I am trying to make a conscious choice to not settle ANYMORE. I am also a people pleaser and I am not having it anymore. As hard as it is, I am determined. I feel young at hear too! You got this girl!!

I’m in my mid-late twenties and recently went back to school while starting a new relationship. I’ve learned to set boundaries and be firm on them. Not to let a parter or anyone else slow you down/discourage you from accomplishing your goals. Lastly have kids (or not) and get married when YOU’RE ready regardless of where your friends are at in their life paths.

Have been watching you a few years. In my 40’s. My 20’s felt like I was still growing out of my teens. Slowly learning how to be an adult. 30’s were my fun times cause I was more confident and wanting to try new things. My 40’s are AMAZING!! Could care less what others think. I’ve traveled and continue to travel from my mid 30’s till now. Powering through and it feels liberating.

Im in my mid 20’s… somethings I learned is to say no. I had a lot of growing pains, but I’ve also learned to love the unhealed version of me. I’m happy where my life is headed and I know I still have many more blessings and accomplishments to come. You’re an inspiration Sabrina, keep doing what you are doing ❤️
