I was on a DNC convention high until I saw on TV that tRump and Vance are not ashamed or belittled by any truthfulness or patriotic rhetoric coming from Democrats or those Republicans who are turning away from tRump/Vance demeaning power plays. Recently I became aware of citizens who "don't get involved in politics" and it's a crying shame they refuse to be educated on the importance of upcoming campaigns. I can only hope there are enough citizens who will vote so that we can have broad-based representative decisions of what they want our Country to be...a free democracy or a dictatorship. So I’m 70 years old and I’ve never had a time in my life where groceries cost less this year than they did the year before. The cost of milk has never decreased. This isn’t a commodity like oil. The climate has proven disastrous because it is warmer and less conducive to growing, and water supply is often deprecated. I think people need to understand. This may be a new normal unless other action is taken I don’t know that a president can fix this, it is a consumption problem.
Also, Trump stating that the prime interest rate of under 2% would be the norm under his presidency when almost never was that true in your entire lifetime.

So I’m 70 years old and I’ve never had a time in my life where groceries cost less this year than they did the year before. The cost of milk has never decreased. This isn’t a commodity like oil. The climate has proven disastrous because it is warmer and less conducive to growing, and water supply is often deprecated. I think people need to understand. This may be a new normal unless other action is taken I don’t know that a president can fix this, it is a consumption problem.
