It's been a little over a year since you posted this video...believe it or not, I recently discovered my bump stop were broken and soft gooey like clay which I had to scrape off with a flat head screwdriver (i believe they were the originals that came with the truck lol)...So I purchased a new pair and just watched your video so I can get an idea before I did mines to my 03 Lib....and your vid helped..so thanks for that. PS...instead of 303, used a little bit of WD-40 to slide mines in..it did the job lol.
Dont know if anyone gives a damn but if you guys are bored like me atm you can watch pretty much all of the latest movies and series on InstaFlixxer. Been watching with my gf these days xD
I realize this was 3 years ago lol. But have these cheap Crown ones held up? $14 atm on AMZN and I’m considering buying 2. I still have the originals in on my ‘04 but they’re definitely shot. And I can’t justify the ~$120 PER price for Mopar ones.
I’ve actually since sold that jeep but I know the person I sold it to and they have held up. $120 is ridiculous for such a small simple part. Even if you had to change the $14 ones every 3 years, in 9 years you’ll have only spent $42. And that’s if you hang onto the jeep for that long haha. I do miss my Liberty though, but not as much as my ‘01 Cherokee that I unfortunately totaled.

@@johnggoodman haha yeah exactly you could spend that $14 a lot of times over before you match the other. I’ll prbly take the plunge then. Thanks!
can anyone please provide me with the Crown part number for this Bump Stop?
52088684AB
Does this have stock suspension?
Uranium0912 yes it does. ‘04 Liberty, rear wheel drive, everything stock except the stereo. P.S. I’m not a mechanic.
John Goodman thank you, I’ve been considering buy the same bump stops I just needed to see if it would work on my stock suspension
What is a bump stock for?
Bump stop
@@silodelair it's to prevent the suspension from fully compressing. That can cause failure and shorten the life of the struts.
