The animation is surprisingly good, it's the human models that are a bit freaky and stiff, even if they made this with motion capture. They've got the human realistic motion but the cgi isn't realistic enough to keep up so it doesn't look quite right.
If dragon is 300 years old and assuming that the average dragon would have lived till 1000 years, then that means dragon would be roughly 21 years in human years. That is if you consider the average human would live till 70. 300/1000 is 0.3 and so is 21/70.
Now that I think about it... Maybe the sound the sword makes when those three symbols are in place *IS* for summoning dragons! Remember dragon looking for Jane in the storm? Remember both of their reactions when the sword started whistling? Curiosity! Maybe dragons are curious by nature, kinda like sharks (sharks use their mouths the same way a human uses their hands: to explore. Sharks bite things out of curiosity to feel what they are, basically)! 😃

Maybe she needs a harness like what the kid does on how to train your Dragon? She'll stay on his back way better that way. Smacking stick stuff? Classic. Plus the way sir Theodore looked at Dragon when he got out of hand in front of him with the falcon lesson? Ugh. Well, Dragon in this case is bigger and heavier than toothless

I only watched like 2 episodes on youtube and I kinda want an episode where the dragon swallows jane.
You know they wouldn't have that type of episode or scene for a kids show.
