How to Conduct a Company Level Training Meeting

Company training meetings are the key to keeping the unit training plan (UTP) on course. They are non-negotiable, and provide the commander and leaders visibility of the current state of unit training readiness. Accordingly, they appear on the weekly training schedule. Training meetings facilitate the top down/bottom-up flow of information. Training meetings are a mechanism that commanders use to manage training events week-by-week and ensure the unit stays on course to attain training goals and collective task proficiency.

Is there no longer a requirement for the rank to be properly centered on headgear? Other than that, despite having not been Army for 18 years, I found this helpful as a resource for improving my planning as a program manager.
