    Thank u for the explanation in advance. Which package of plsda do you use? mdatools? I tried to find one with the NIPALS algorithm but I can't find one

    Whether it uses sigmoid curve to find probabilities from pred values?

      You can use Platt scaling, see wikipedia.

    What if I have LV1 and LV2? How will I do linear regression?
