Ever since I was a kid, all I wanted was to be part of a cool group of friends, to go places, do things together, skate, talk, dance, smoke, connect.. My fate seems to want me to live as a loner, many people come and go in and out of my life, no stable group of friends..Just me , by myself. Loneliness has followed me everywhere, all my life. Songs and videos like this give me the chance to at least experience somewhat, moments I never lived and probably never will, but always dreamt of ...

I know the feeling, sometimes you even ask yourself if it is YOU the reasson why nobody is actually there all the time, but I come to realize that we are not gonna learn neither experience the same things in this life, like you and I, we did not inted too, but we end up realizing what it means to be alone and kind of "enjoy" it, while there are folks that drive crazy fot it...
It’s the same for me.. I started skating, but it’s honestly not as much fun alone, and I’m (obviously) not very good either

I feel you man, I always wanted a group of homies with whom I can share this kinda music while going places and doing things but I have seriously hard time making friends and I too have no stable group of friends, everyone either cuts off or backstabs me, and my 2 best ones are polar opposite of me sometimes making me wonder how come I'm even friends with them even tho I love them like brothers.
Me too, you're not alone. I always wondered what it would feel like to be a part of a group like that. To feel that feeling of true membership and togetherness, to share and live and experience shit together. Feeling that true bond of friendship between more than 1 person. I still dream about that. I dont think i ever got to experience this feeling of being truly wanted and loved in a group, ive kind of always been an outcast and i have grown to not even try and get close to people anymore because all i got was rejection. I hope that all of us get to experience this at some point and have the best time of our fucking lives🌠🌸

but, practicing not thinking
like i cringe at how much i remember all my thoughts, but no memories
i've been learning memories and connections are all in the moment . . . to be spontaneous and be like your favorite person: you, an ever changing being that does what they want to do, everything that they want to do, whenever. Just listening to people and being present is huge, just being out allows for an opportunity to meet amazing people, even if you just go to a grocery store or a park, anywhere :)

fortunate enough to have grown up with a cool group of friends that i now see as family. since middle school we've biked around our town, gone to concerts, art & house shows, gotten in trouble together, fought, laughed, cried. you name it. i live with some of them now and we've pretty much made our apartment our new hangout spot. i will be graduating college this upcoming spring. i wonder what life has in stored for us next.

well you have One, so dont waste it being jealous or envious of others. thats what instagram and those social platforms do. Sometimes you need a near death life experience to open your horizons. Helped me when in was 24. I just lost my dad unexpectedly and was I was in a car crash that should have killed me. I dreamt about the crash a few years before it happened, my dad has been in my dreams a few times. But you need to understand how lucky we are to be here on this planet right now. Usually when society gets really comfortable and out of tune with the earth something catastrophic will happen and bring all together.

I was a BMXer and my buddies skated. We'd ride around downtown Chicago then meet our girlfriends after they got out of Medusa's night club. I am a shy, insecure introvert and I hate quarantine. I hate it with my whole heart bc it takes away all my chance to be with ppl _i consider_ as my friends. It makes me stay in bed and sleep afternoons... sleep while I dream about love. Love I have never experienced. I am depressed at home. I can't see the sky. Winter is coming so nights are getting longer. My room is colder than usual. Literally. I am shaking. Im not talking much. Some days I just answer but never say or ask anything. I don't draw anymore. My thoughts are numb. I stay awake after midnight. I cannot sleep well. I dream of worms at night. I pull them from under my skin. They are thick like a finger. This whole thing eats me up. I lack interest and motivation to help myself. I do things for others sometime but nothing for myself. I feel tired so I rest. I rest all day and I am getting even more tired. I wanna leave these walls but I don't have any courage to put on a smile and talk. This is a trap. Im trapped in my own house, in the place I call home.
