to increase cost per wear for any shoe, you can take them to a cobbler or shoe repair shop and get a little protective piece put near the toe and heel. The shoe basically won’t wear down.
Great review of these beautiful shoes. The “H” is silent in Hermès. Pronounced like air-mess or air-mez. I think I learned this in 2005 along with the rest of the contestants while watching America’s Next Top Model teleprompter episode 🙂

I personally love the Orans, I have 7 pairs altogether. I find you have to try them on for size as I have them in either 35 or 35.5.
