    I’ve never been interested in the Oran’s, however recently I fell in love with the two tone canvas and leather versions so I may try them out if I can find them pop up online in my size… let the site stalking begin 🤣

    That’s not true, the SA can see all of your purchases whether or not they are on line. Whether they will count toward a “journey” is something else. I’m not interested in Kelly’s or Birkins so it doesn’t matter to me. I wish I could wear these, but I can’t wear anything flat. I bought the Chypre sandals. They are much better for my feet.

      My SA said she cannot see online purchases but maybe she meant they didn’t count towards your spending? All I know is when I had only purchased online and not in stores I did not have an Hermes account when I went to purchase in store. I also have the chypre! They are great too. Thanks for watching 😊

      @@bargain.hunting.blonde I bought my Herbag online and threw away the part that holds the Clou de Selle in place by accident. I had to take it for repair. Before I even got to the boutique, she verified the sale and was able to know what part to order. I didn’t have a store profile, but she assured me that I had an Hermés profile. Another friend had a similar experience and the SA told her that all purchases are recorded. This person had never been to Hermés, all of her purchases were made online, and the SA knew what she bought. It sounds like some boutiques have claimed they can’t see other purchases to deter people from going in only to ask for Birkins and Kellys, or to perpetuate the “journey”.

      I just had to return the Chypre sandals, they beat my feet up. Did you find they wear in after a while? Hope I’m not going to kick myself for returning them. I have 7 pair of Orans and they never did that to me.

      @@KariTSays oh no!!! They did not do that to me! I think if they hurt your feet you did the right thing getting rid of them.

    Great review video and to the pt yet detailed! What is your US size? I am size 9.5 in these style sandals.

    • @bargain.hunting.blonde
      @bargain.hunting.blonde  Год назад +1

      I normally wear a US 9.5/10. So a lot of designer shoes in EU sizing I buy a 41 (sometimes a 40.5 if the brand makes that). For these I went with a 41.5 as I prefer my feet not to be exactly at the ends of shoes.

    Thanks for such an informative video! I have a couple of questions for you: (1) do they make the flip-flop sound when you walk - as in the backside of the sandal flipping up and slapping the bottom of your foot? (2) what size US are you? I am an 8 which most of the time translates to a 39, but sometimes a 38. Hermes online doesn’t provide a size translation, but rather suggests measuring your foot 😏. Thanks again!

    • @bargain.hunting.blonde
      @bargain.hunting.blonde  2 года назад +1

      1- They do. They are more like flip flops in that regard. 2- I am a US 9.5/10. Which in these sandals results in a 41.5. In general Hermes shoes I am a 41.

      Hi hi! @bargain.hunting.blonde your videos are so great. Re: the sizing, I am a US 8/8.5 and I found the 39 in orans was the move for me. My feet are normal width. Hope that helps!

      @@handbagbetch Hello! I need help please😞
      I want to buy them but I don’t understand what size should i take..
      I have wide feet, not slender feet, and I wear a good US 6.5 (38 EU) so, what size do you recommend please?
      I'm lost

    Thanks so much - would you recommend using a stain repellant for the Oran gold sandals and if so, which one have you used? Thank you!

    The outsole is leather, not wood

    • @bargain.hunting.blonde

      Not the sole, the part between the sole and the the leather that is hard and looks like wood on my gold ones. Maybe is stacked leather but it’s very hard 🤔

      @@bargain.hunting.blonde I have the same gold oran pair and it's leather. You can get your shoemaker to buff and repaint the leather once it gets too scuffed up.

    Where do you get them resoled?

    • @bargain.hunting.blonde
      @bargain.hunting.blonde  2 года назад

      I generally go to a local cobbler for all my shoe resoling. Hermes may offer the service but I am not sure.
