Thank you sweetheart! We did have the initial hearing today and he has his first court appearance next month. He is my hero! He initially wanted me to remove the video but yesterday, he said Mom, thank you for loving me so much, keep the video up. If I get teased, I don’t care, you did the right thing. I broke down. I love my son with every ounce of my being and I have sacrificed so much. And you know sweetie, he completes me and is the best son ever! Ok so I had to pause this video for a second. I feel everything mom is saying and I agree that the school should have done something from the very first incident.
My youngest child was going to a school in PG county. She was sexually assaulted by a student. Twice in the same day and no school official did anything even after her alerting them about it. So the second time he touched her she lost and whipped his ass. Students started recording. Another girl pulled my daughter off of him and she started whipping him and the video ended up online. The next day I get called to the school. The SRO 🙄 has his phone and pulls up the video and shows it to me. I turned and looked at my daughter and said great fucking JOB!!!!!!! Looked at that officer and told him had y’all did something about it that would have never happened. They said parents were pressing charges and she would be expelled. I said no need to expel her because this is her last day and tell those parents I’m pressing charges for sexual harassment! I ain’t hear shit from them or those parents ever again!!! I homeschooled her and today she is 20 years old doing well. I’m sick of these public schools and how quick they are to lock our children away. Bad enough these schools are prison like Institutions that program our children with lies and teaching them how to follow the white mans order and systems.

I’m seeing a lot of comments saying he isn’t a victim but if we want to be technical and CLEAR, the mom stated that he was basically sexually abused by his father (in a sense) by exposing him to pornography at the age of 5. Don’t know what porn does to an adult so imagine a five year old! Him growing up going to therapy, probably still sneaking and watching will do something to his mental. I feel sorry for the kid and I can’t say what he is or isn’t doing because it’s many sides to a story but the mother is crying out for help and support so if we want to save our future it’s going to start by saving our children. Some of you guys are probably too young to understand that it literally takes a village to raise a child. The reason why neighbors, and communities need to step in and start doing more and helping these parents with their children. Growing up we answered to everybody and that’s why we’re in check. Even the drug dealers wouldn’t sell drugs in front of the elders, women, and children. They helped carry groceries and literally poured into the community though they were out there selling drugs. The point t is everyone had respect and took care of the children. We need to go right back to that

This really broke my heart. It really messed up how the school systems are failing our children. Because of so much drama in the schools nowadays I had to take my kids out of public school they go to connections academy. They been going there for three years now I haven’t had any problems. I would like to start by thanking everyone for the kind words and support. I will go ahead and touch on the nasty comments, red flags. I raised my son not to discriminate and my myself have friends of the LGBQT community. He has gone through a lot in his young life but I have been by his side every step of the way. A teacher touching on him, is not fishy. A kid peeping into his stall, is not fishy. A student sending him explicit photos is also not fishy. The kid that touched on his behind got the reaction he did because he did not know of my son’s past traumas. And lastly, I’m proud to be 55, and I’m not too old to be raising a 15 year old. This is what is wrong with our community, we are quick to talk negative about people and totally overlook the facts. I’m proud of who I am and for everyone that questions the story, keep processing while I move on ❤

I live in VA. LOTTA ish goes on in Loudon County Schools. They had a student raping girls in the bathroom and they were lax in doing anything about it. It's also where the transgender bathroom argument erupted into all kinds of lawsuits and heated school board meetings.

I feel bad for his mom, and my heart breaks, and I understand. I am a single mom. I'm gonna say what no one else will. Trust me, I'm with this mom all day supporting her journey with her son. It sounds to me as if mom may be part of the problem. Sounds as if mom is still angry at dad and the stress of being alone. I think she is upset that he left them and is projecting some of this energy on her son . He is carrying her hurt and pain, and it's causing issues with him. Mom keeps stressing how she has no one. I didn't and don't either because I dont have family, but I don't live it. Family is not always blood related. I raised my girls to be strong, loving, caring, selfless, responsible young ladies. Meaning i stresd to them to not star in the victims olympics and to own their flaws, mistakes, bad behavior, ect. I pray mom gets th help she needs to manage her pain and grief so she can be better equipped for her son. She is also broken and hurting, and they both need help and healing. I hope she is able to get her son out of that school. I pray this interview reaches the right people. Hear me when I say this, it is Not ok for her son to deal or go through any of this, and I support her fight for her baby but she has got to fight for herself first. He is going to become a product of what he lives if something doesn't change.
I totally agree with you. I listened to this video carefully and I also watch body language as well. She has a lot going on and seems to have had a lot that her son endured. The fact that they were homeless that many times was a red flag to me. I know that the system is broken, however there is HELP! There are people in this world who I know are constantly going through things. If it’s not this then it’s that! And they end up losing family, friends because people do get tired of the same ole broken song. Whoaaaa it’s me/us again. Never do they ever hear them say we are doing well. These are attention seekers. They will fight and find reason why nothing works for them so that they can use others, whether it’s time or money. And to respond to almost every negative comment I wouldn’t need to justify or prove myself to anybody. The fact that he had to have extensive counseling I question how did that work for him/her? I would love to hear the school and other students side of the story. Maybe someone will see this video and speak on behalf of the other side.

She should fight those charges and move for that case to be brought up on criminal charges.
File a complaint with her local prosecutor's office within her county.

My son was not playing touchy with anyone. If you watched the video instead of being so fast to comment, you would see that the teacher inappropriately massaged him, the next kid looked into his bathroom stall and the last situation a kid sent him explicit material that he didn’t ask for. I’m no longer going to comment on the negative, ignorant people overlooking the facts. When my son does anything out of character, I address it immediately and always have him apologize. As a single mom, I’ve done an excellent job with my son so I really don’t care to read anymore of these sad comments. I knew they would come so thanks ❤

This is a sad situation but something is missing. Her son had issues at the first school and he transferred schools and then there’s the same issue as the new school. Is her son playing any part of this at all? When a child is exposed to pornography at such a young age there are a lot of perversions that could come with that. I’m not victim blaming but why didn’t her son defend hisself when someone else tried to look in his stall. I’m just wondering if her son may have played a part in this someway. Very traumatic to listen to. Be blessed!

Wow this sad. I'm teacher it broke my heart to see this mother crying she right the bullies get protected and some police officers can treat kids unfair to. The system is broke 😢.

I don’t think this mother understands how the law works…you can’t wait till the next day to respond to a threat…that means you had time to think about it…it’s plenty of people in prison for pre meditating a crime..you h ave to respond right then and there for there to be any defense 🤷🏾♀️

As one who was sexual assaulted and molested at an early age… I can say this… after you’ve been assaulted it’s as if something is stamped on your forehead and other people who are molesters or have some type of lustful spirit are automatically drawn to you. I said all of that to say- that I understand how some would assume that this young man is the problem but I also KNOW and understand why I know that he isn’t the issue. I was an educator and I can tell you this- the children of today are exposed to pornography and other sexual things at a very young age AND are very sexual. The schools that I worked for- would have definitely handled this whole situation differently and it wouldn't have turned out like this. Praying for this mother, her son and that flawed school system.

Oh my God! Thank you so much! It’s been a lot and I’m hanging in there. Thanks to Family TV, the administration is disgusted with me, the Sheriff’s office and they are still throwing obstacles my way. But I’m sitting still, God is the person who decides in the end, not men/women/people. They broke me last week but God had a different plan! I’ll do an update if The Family TV is willing and let you all know how the felony charges go. Jesus, hold me close to the Cross! 🙏🏽❤️
