Yes, it will, assuming that the reflected assassinate isn't disjointed or otherwise avoided. Lotus Orb also works combined with Nyx Assassin's Spiked Carapace, and it's really fun.

I think the spell is stolen back. hence, the steal is nullified. The hero with the lotus orb shouldn't be able to gain the ability to steal, if that's what you're thinking about.
