You have to concentrate on those fears in full awareness. When you feel those fears in this highly calm meditative state you are able to let go of them. I find that it takes about 45 minutes of meditation to let go of one fear.
Just we have to find root cause of fear and pain. it is related to our karmic patterns which is in our muscle memory and bio memory. Do Completion with them and they disappear and you will feel your divine energy is flowing through you.
Why link detachment with money? Will you beg or starve if you are enlightened? Spirituality creates Value. Laxmi, Kuber, Vishnu, Ganesh are all abundance personified. Rudraksha has immense value for those who recognise it. When you pay so much to the medical field, why not spend 1/1000th and cure yourself naturally with these beads. So many farmers and traders in Nepal and Indonesia get livelihood because of this trade. It is value for that that they charge when they sell to us and we charge our Value for our services of marketing, purchase, research and operations to run a company of 150 employees when we pass it on to you.
