I love this video because it shows that people are more alike than different depending on your interests. I took up offroading and was mostly the only person in the group that was of a different ethnicity. That group was some of the best people you could meet. Being retired Army, I already knew this but it seems like some in this nation have forgotten that we are all better together as Americans. That may not fit the narrative of division but I love seeing unity.

I did hit the thumbs up. The places you go and the people you meet 😊just fantastic. It’s a blessing to meet so many nice people. I’m retired from a work injury and don’t get to travel as much as I used to. Being able to watch you and other campers makes my day. I also love watching the Banks also . They’re fantastic people. @@AdventureBandits1 Great! I’ll be visiting our local parks this summer, but I plan to head up and down the West Coast in October. Hoping to boondock on all the free land available, using as little campground as possible and try some of that moochdocking in relatives and friends driveways and on their land😂😂😂🤣😂😂😂. The advice at the end was great advice. I have had that happen to me before on the highway in my professional driving career where someone pulled out in front of me driving a big bus and I almost hit them because it is hard to stop and it takes an entire football field to stop a commercial bus full of people to stop. I am driving a class A motorhome and I watch people because they still try to "Break check" me or pull out in front of me thinking I can stop like a car. I have driven large commercial vehicles for the last 22 years for a living and I have seen some of the worst accidents involving people who pull out in front of other RVers or commercial vehicles.

Hello Kelly 👋.. Yes the 4 wheel vehicles always seems to.be in a rush. Them jumping in front of me is sometimes that I can never get use to. Do you Listen to Mad Dog Trucking on Sirius XM? We were on the show last Thursday. Is RVers and truckers has alot in common. Good luck on the search for an rv.

Great video! It taught how to ration electric when you do not have a 30/50 amp to go to. I rarely run A/C but went to a 20 amp site in the summer at Punderson and got a little nervous. I was wondering how well your R250 did on 77 in WV and VA. Good to hear. I also hear you about people cutting RV/trucks off. I am seasonal right now but remembered how different it was driving with a 8' width RV after driving 7's for several years. holding the lines is definitely more challenging. I was nervous even around 77 & 62 in Canton! Yep, you missed the wonderful Mother's day around here. Snow accumulating on cars then 2" of rain as well. Not fun. Speaking of the weather, I believe you are home this weekend and whatya think about this? Crazy weather this weekend but supposed to warm up. Okay, back out to the site. Take care and stay safe! Hope to see you out and about in Sept/Oct!

Four wheelers have to learn everything that you’re speaking on. My dad taught us when we were kids on road trips, driving skills to keep everyone safe that we never forgot when we started driving our family’s on road trips. He taught us defensive driving, driving for yourself and anticipating what the vehicle next to you might do. I am much older than you guys, our road trips back then was before they built these nice interstate highways. My father drove on the roads where there was one lane of traffic in each direction with solid line in which you had to wait for your opportunity to pass slower moving traffic. We traveled from Chicago to North Carolina regularly to visit family. I can see that this driver’s bad driving skills deeply affected you guys and rightfully so. Stay safe and keep God as your compass!! This was a great video that shows how much fun and how much sharing with others you guys to. Great continent 🙌🏾
You have a wise father what he taught is something all should hear from. Someone. Yeah we were a bit frustrated because it was not the 1st time on that trip. It's a misconception that a Big Rig can stop fast to recover from someone else not being considerate. Safe travels to you and appreciate you watching and commenting.
#Adventure Bandits… Wow! I gasped when Talmaged had to break suddenly and knew exactly what had transpired. I love that you guys addressed the elephant in the room that highly effects RVers and Big Rig drivers all of the time! I really wish that all of the full time RVers with RUclips channels would address this issue as well. I can’t tell you how many times we’ve been cutoff while pulling our rig. States have laws against “Cuting Off” or “Break Checking” big rigs but don’t think that us RVers are effected to which they think wrong! Love your videos!
We gasped too! It's scary at times, we called it out because it's real. We get that ppl want to see the sunshine, the parks and adventure but getting to and from is stressful when reckless drivers don't consider Big Rigs. It's a distance for a reason. Appreciate your input, comment and you watching.
Another GREAT Adventure Bandits video!!!, Ron and Darci are a cool couple real chill. I can tell that Ron is a guy you DON'T mess with!!, He doesn't get mad he gets EVEN haha. Man, you guys are living the life!! Traveling Boondocking and Moochdocking. Coffee with flavored moonshine and laid- back intelligent friends!!. This video made my day we had 2 days of power outage in Summit County and we're all good now thank God. This was just a nice relaxing video to watch early in the morning to help me plan my day and get my thoughts and plan of action better formulated lol. Thanks, Adventure Bandits.
Thanks so much you nailed it hope you got to enjoy your day. Sorry about the outrage issues. It was great to be around Ron and Dacey.. As well an honor to get the invite. With Ron being a Marine Vet he is no one to play with at all. Great ppl.. Thanks for watching and commenting.
@@AdventureBandits1 Keep up the great work and I appreciate that you correspond with all your viewers and SUBSCRIBERS ( I subbed from the 1st video I saw by you guys).
Enjoyed the video as usual! The situation with vehicles pulling in front of RVs and 18 wheelers and then braking is so dangerous. We are newbies in RVing, but my husband drives 18 wheelers for a living. He is very experienced, but that doesn't help much when something like that happens with only seconds to stop. I want to learn driving with our camper so I can help him drive sometimes, but to be honest I am terrified for this reason.
Great video I'm touching a little bit on the end of the video you are telling the truth. We have a class A we've only had it a year and trying to maneuver when someone is trying to cut you off it's not easy. And the people that you were visiting and the guy mentioned that the Class A's rock and we're noticing that so we're going to have to have some work done on the front. But once again you're telling the truth about people being disrespectful on the road to big vehicles. Stay safe can't wait for next adventure 😉❤️
Thanks Janice ! It was a lot going on in that video. Good luck for searching for a new one. Like us we didn't know or notice how an RV was until we got in it to discover what was not a preference. Appreciate you watching and commenting.
Great view from that restaurant! I am listening to you talk about drivers around you. We just drove from Florida to Michigan. It amazes me how people just think that they need to get in front of you! Terrible drivers who think they own the road. The thing is. That they don’t realize what danger they are putting everyone in. Stay safe out there!
I agree! The speed up just to get in front of you because they feel that your driving slow then jam on there breaks because they don't realize the car in front of you.
For the camp grounds and RV parks you visit. Do they allow class B’s (Camper Vans)? Or A’s, B+/C’s, 5th wheels and toy haulers? Asking because considering getting some thing for the wife and I, and I’m not sure if I want to get a B for us, being new to RVing and never owning anything g ourselves. Also not sure what type of camper/RVer we are. We do like to tailgate and travel via car across the US. Travel destination depends on time. Like coast to coast so GA to Cali we would fly but anything in the southeast and west to Texas or north to VA, we would drive.
I don't know to much about the camper vans. But parks do allow A, B, C as well.as 5th wheels.. If it's just going to be you and your wife I recommend a class C for traveling. But if you plan on camping with your family a 5th wheel is the way to go.
So glad you both enjoyed yourselves in spite of the road situation. We pray for you both each and every day and that you all will enjoy every endeavor continuously in fun, love, peace and safety. Also that drivers will be more courteous & respectful to each other on the road as we all are doing our best to drive defensively to protect ourselves and others. Enjoyed the video and it was nice for your friends to invite you guys for a visit. Until next time, we love ya bandits!
Very nice couple Ron an Darci sharing their experience and knowledge . That’s a testament of goodness that brings a smile and joy to my heart. That also says a lot about the Adventure Bandits. War wishes and safe travels thanks for sharing. Ps forgive me if I butchered Ron and Darci’s name
My question since I'll be new to RVing is, will resort camps accept something small, like a Scamp or Burro? Will the cost be the same? If I choose to get the one with a porta potty, how do I dispose of waste that's bagged so it does not smell up the site? I wanted to avoid the one with the wet bath because it takes away from having the bunk bed space for my 2 grandkids? Was going to rig a line overhead with a curtain between the two areas so that there is privacy with restroom, washing up facilities. (I think I would be claustrophobic getting the wet bath!) Not on a permanent basis, but a couple of weekends per month would be fun! Can anyone answer my questions, would Really appreciate it! Thanks.
Hi Barbara all great questions the cost of a site based on what you use to camp with will not change . Small camper, pod, TT, 5th wheel or motorcoach. I had to look up the scamp and burro both look very cool and adventurous. With kids you can still have a tent which makes even more exciting. If I was you I would call the camping resorts to see if it's not allowed but I did not see anything wrong . Now keep in mind some resorts only allow motorcoach units so it's best to search on the website and call for clarification if it's needed. Regarding how to dump the bag the have honey pots not sure if yours have this or world have the ability to use one. If so you would use the dump station or black tank area at the campsite or campground. Thanks for watching and commenting.
Thanks So much for the Great information, this was worrying 69 y.o. me! Will have to look up 'Honeypots', and u mentioned emptying at the dump stations and black tank areas! Will make certain I call first, regarding accomodations, really takes a load off this senior citizen! I feel I can do this now. Thanks again! ♥️

When y'all were boondocking with your slides out, when y'all arrived it was dark, in the morning I saw the passenger side slide was still out. I thought that was dangerous someone coming in late night may be tired, or intoxicated, me I couldn't do it.
Y'all said "you don't know anywhere to boondock" y'all mainly be on the east coast, there's boondocking in that part of the country, but not like out west. You find more boondocking sites than RV parks.
The two places that we boondock in this video was safe to have all slides out. The second place in this video that we boondock was a rv rest area. Plenty of space to let out the slides.
This, between Moochdocking and Boondocking, the terminology is interestingly insightful! Planning on getting a 13 ft Scamp or Burro, the only thing my 2016 Nissan Versa Note can haul. Finally decided, what can I do 'Now'? Not waiting on a Class C to materialize! After paying some bills, (done) this Reality is what I hopefully can afford, retired! Happy camping. 🎉♥️👍
My husband and I love you guys! We live in the city in Central Ohio and just purchased our first RV. Any recommendations on RV storage places in the central Ohio area?
Hello fellowship Ohioan 👋.. We live in Akron and the storage places nearby is pretty pricey. We usually store our rv at Atwood Lake Park during the winter months for only $150 for six months.
Talmadge you do drive and back that travel trailer like a pro! It would take me FOREVER to back it straight, lol, and I would probably tear some S$#@ up!
@@AdventureBandits1 My boss recently asked if I listen to Mad Dog Trucking. I don't but I guess I need to start. I'll be watching for your next video and in the meantime, stay safe out there.
Greetings from Alberta Canada. Stumbled upon you channel, and loving it. GO BUCKEYES!!
Hello glad you found us. Welcome to the channel. 😀 Go Bucks!
Enjoyed watching your video.. Thanks y’all for the safe tip I will use them when we get a rv
Thanks for watching. We wish you luck on the search for an rv.
Cool! We just finished up a boondocking/moochdocking trip ourselves which was amazing! Totally different vibe from the campground scene.
Cool! It was a great experience we plan on doing more.
We enjoyed meeting you guys at Mohican Wilderness campout. Love your videos. I'm from VA and we always stop at the Tamarack as well. It's my halfway point to home from Ohio. We also have boondocked there coming from the beach as well. Best kept secret for sure. Hope to see you again and spend some time together. See you on the road...Deana
Hi nice to talk to have talked to you as well. Yes best kept secret and very safe. Yes hope to meet up again one day . Safe travels.
Safe travels.
Thank you appreciate you watching and commenting.
I'm still enjoying your ventures on the road. My brother don't over due your driving.
Noted and great b point thanks for the feedback and commenting.
Appreciate y’all too. I’m getting good boon-docking and mooch-docking info from you
Thank you! Your learning right along with us. Lol..
If you come back to NC there is boondocking on free forestry land near Troy. We will be making a video of that soon.
Cool that will help others. Enjoy Boondocking 😉
Thanks for the boondocking tip! We'll use that later this summer. And thank you for saying about driving safety with RV! ♥️
So glad we were able to share something of value. Safe travels to you guys as well.
We love the F250. Appreciate you going on the adventure with us and appreciate your support.
Love your videos, you guys take care and God bless. Thanks for the message at the end, we've had that happen too many times, scary stuff.
Glad you enjoyed it appreciate you for watching and commenting. It's scary stuff when that happens. Safe travels.

@@AdventureBandits1 wife and I love yalls channel. Maybe we’ll be able to have beers one day. Roll Tide lol
I bought a Vantrue Pro dash cam for that very situation. Cam is always running when driving. Won’t stop an accident but will prove you’re not at fault
Tamarack is in Beckly. WV on highway 77 exit 45
Appreciate you watching and commenting.
@@AdventureBandits1 thanks .. added to our “want to go” google map list when we’re up the east coast
Once again another epic video. We can’t wait to get our home back from the factory.
Why did it have to go back to the factory? Appreciate you watching and commenting.
Nice couple you guys met.
Yes yes! Very kind. Thank you .
@@AdventureBandits1 ... You guys have a nice / clean rig fasho !
That's the situation Im in that's why I want solar for my RV,
We will be getting that next it makes sense. Thanks for watching.
Me and my wife Love you guys, love your adventures. Have fun..
We appreciate you and your wife for supporting us by watching and commenting.
Great video. Pulling out Monday headed to Ocean Lakes for a week. Ready to do some long distance traveling.
Wow you are about to fall in love with OCL. Safe travels to you and thanks for watching.
Nice video! Keep on trucking! 📸 🏞️🏖️🏕️🎥💻📱
Thank you and will do! 😀👊
@@AdventureBandits1 👊
You guys were not far from where I live at all!!! Maybe 30 minutes from Jacksonville N.C.
We should have mentioned that we would be in NC. We will definitely be returning.
This was great! I can’t wait to make more RV friends.
Thank you! 😊
Thank you. I agree, no matter how much experience you have driving when someone jams there breaks in from of you experience don't help.
at 12:38 no pictures allowed! i like the emoji response my sister gave,,,,,
thanks for the driving tip
loads of love from South Africa,,,
Thank you 😊
Great video I'm touching a little bit on the end of the video you are telling the truth.
Love the coffee creamer 😉 We are looking for places in Ohio to boondock too!! Def hard to find!!
Yes! So far the best creamer thus far. Bondocking is a lot of fun hope you guys enjoy it when you do it. Thanks for watching.
♥️🙏🏽🇺🇸
😊
Fun episode, you are living the life!! Great advice at the end.💘
Thank you! 😊 Glad you enjoyed it as well as the advice.
Great safety tip for the Non RV owners. They do not understand the weight we all pulling !!
No idea at all. Appreciate you watching.
Also suggest to go tour some RVs so that you get some ideas. If ever in doubt about a campground you should call.
We had a ball and great experience. Appreciate you watching.
If you’re ever in Michigan near Ann Arbor let us know
We will be in Cold water MI next weekend. Is there any good Rv parks in Ann Arbor?
I’m in Michigan, do you ever get up this way? UP (upper peninsula) has amazing places to see.
Yes!! We have heard great things about the UP. We have 2 more trips for MI . One is planned the other one has not yet been booked. Thank you 😊
Very nice couple Ron an Darci sharing their experience and knowledge . That’s a testament of goodness that brings a smile and joy to my heart. That also says a lot about the Adventure Bandits. War wishes and safe travels thanks for sharing. Ps forgive me if I butchered Ron and Darci’s name
Both are beond nice and kind we had a ball. Appreciate you watching and commenting. I think it's Darcy 😀
Exactly
I enjoy your blogs, keep them coming. I heard you mention something about a meeting of RVer's. When and where?
Thanks for watching. The Glampout is June 16-19. You will find all the infomation at the bottom of this video.
I enjoy your video's I don't have a RV we've been thinking about getting one so to educate myself I've been watching different video's. I landed on your page mainly because I saw you had on a "THE" Ohio State shirt.. LOL spent lots of time there girl friend went there and my sister graduated from there I'm originally from Toledo. Keep up the good work and continue enjoying your lives.

@ Doran Jackson Buckeye here, I have a niece living in Toledo she LOVES it.
Check out Haylett RV and watch “Uncle Josh” the rv nerd. He gives very in-depth rv tours. He’s a bit goofy but great info. They have a used rv lot too.
@@patandersen4271 I left Toledo when I was 26, lived in Delaware, Pittsburgh Pa. and have been living in the Miami, Fl area since 1991. I still have three sisters a brother still there one brother in the area (Loraine) and a bunch of cousins nieces, nephews and friends there.
PEACE & RESPECT TO THE BOTH OF YOU, I REALLY ENJOY YOUR VIDEO'S, VERY GOOD FEELING SEEING YOUR FUN TIMES AND TRAVELS, SAFE TRAVELS FOREVER..!!! 1 DAY I'M GOING TO BUY A TRUCK & 5th WHEEL R.V. PEACE & RESPECT..!!!
Appreciate you so glad you enjoyed the video. Thank you
When y'all were boondocking with your slides out, when y'all arrived it was dark, in the morning I saw the passenger side slide was still out. I thought that was dangerous someone coming in late night may be tired, or intoxicated, me I couldn't do it.
I would've opened the driver side, never the passenger side. Well to each it's own.
No there's not many places to boondock on the east coast. There's not any BLM land on the east coast.
Both were fun and adventurous congrats on deciding to join the rv community it's a good one. Appreciate you.
@@AdventureBandits1 thank you!
Talmadge you do drive and back that travel trailer like a pro! It would take me FOREVER to back it straight, lol, and I would probably tear some S$#@ up! I really want a travel trailer, but I am not sure I am ready to pull something and back up. Looks like y'all had fun mooch docking! Another great video
Thank you ! I got better after practicing and going into lots to perfect parking. Moochdoking was a lot of fun. Appreciate you and commenting.
We got excited seeing the pier; thought you folks might do some fishing. Nice video!
Believe me! We wanted to fish so bad but we were short on time and had to head back home.
