I agree! I work for the government and when the higher authorities in higher seats say do this or do that, the lower tier pay rates will always take orders. Lots of things you will never control or change because the system is set up to do so. You can try and argue it but it only means you can’t figure it out.

The reason the Correctional Officers want prison yards to be dangerous is because they get HAZARD PAY for working on a dangerous yard. They literally get paid more when they have more violence. Thats why they start so much drama. Some are mentally involved like they think they’re G’s but the real issue is that they are compensated for working in a dangerous environment.
