Cool... a classic 80s tune - it definitely shows you can handle the pop/dance style!
Maybe try some Pat Benatar ("Invincible" would be a logical follow-up to Flashdance, but maybe "Hell is for Children" or "Heartbreaker").
An 80s Canadian suggestion for you: the Headpins "Just One More Time".
And one challenge song - the Plasmatics "The Damned" - this punk/metal classic would be tough to cover but I think you could put your own spin on it.
