    The ingredients and making methods are very simple, and the taste is soft and tender like pudding. With burnt Purple Sweet Potato fragrant, the coconut milk flavour is strong. It‘s really delicious.
    ➡️ 食材:
    200克 粘米粉
    25克 木薯粉
    25克 紫薯粉(或以70克 紫薯泥代替)
    130克 细砂糖
    400毫升 清水
    400毫升 椰奶
    1/2茶匙 盐
    ➡️ Ingredients:
    200g Rice flour
    25g Tapioca flour
    25g Purple sweet potato powder
    (Or 70g purple sweet potato mash)
    130g Caster sugar
    400ml Water
    400ml Coconut milk
    1/2 tsp Salt
