Some of the out calls were questionable so it would've been nice to have video review. However, there's no excusing Jansen's behavior. Props to Kawamoto/Koop just for keeping their cool and being the mature ones on the court.
I enjoy watching these matches. But please stop cutting the timeouts. It's a continuity killer. I want to hear the commentary and understand all of the context of the match.
Feels like there should be some very easy way to mark the timeouts and splice the content like I see many other major channels do so you can skip them easily but also view them if you want

I would fill it in but im not 100% sure what the final word was, the crowd bood her even more
This is exactly why line calling technology is a must as this sport grow and advances, it saves all this bad blood between players. The later video shows both of Jansen’s disputed calls were correct.
Great display of lousy sportsmanship in front of children. Koodos to Andrea for not feeding into Lea's childness. I. Tereshenko used to be somewhat like Lea and look at her now. She grew up so there's hope for Lea. This makes the game look really bad and unprofessional. Where are the judges. Why are they allowing this or other officials? Congratulations Jade and Andrea. IMO, she's so fiery that it ended up hurting her in this match. She was like a bully out there today. Koop handled it well and kept calm and focused. The personal attacks should be met with stiff fines, IMO.

@PPA tour, please start allowing video review of the line calls in indoor matches, especially semi-finals and finals! As much as Lea Jensen was an annoying brat, the last ball was in! Koop got away with a few cheat calls.

As much a I cant stand Jansen, I'm starting to watch matches with her in it just to root for the other team! On a side note, people need to watch who they support, cuz after watching this match I really had no opinion about Calie Smith but after watching her support Jansen, I now have an opinion of her. I recently was asked to play in a tournament with a guy who has controversial line calls, along with a stoic playing face (nice off the court) and although he's a good player and I accepted his invite, I regret it since I know I will have to overturn his line calls which will likely throw his game off. Be careful who you surround yourself with!
I didn't see any issue with koop's toss at 40:20. It's not giving her any advantage on her serve that I can see. The serve rules are getting ridiculous on the volley serves. Just go to a drop serve and end the insanity.
Ball hit the line, no pro match should end like that., why is there no automatic review ? Too easy to cheat if all you have to do is call the ball out, This, I was rooting for Kawamoto and Koop, but I still say the last ball hit the line. If you guys think Jensen was bad , you should watch Tennis.
Critical game changing out/in calls can ruin the game, there needs to be a better system to address controversial calls other than the refs deferring to I didn’t see it! The sport is growing into a professional level and needs to be judged and referee’d with better technology. This was a disappointing conclusion with later videos showing Lea was right on both of her objections
I think the yelling in the face every time they got a point or side out is completely disrespectful. I can see doing it if you pull off something amazing but not after an unforced error or lucky bounce.
People get emotional in matches. The Ref failed big time by not taking control and putting an end to Jensens behavior. She should have gotten a warning for unsportsmanlike behavior. One more acting out she should've been pulled from the match. They like it...more views.
Lea jaasen deserve to lose that game. all she was doing bitching and complain the calls all times. Very childish and stupid manner made her team look bad.
I thought Callie handled that well. She's so much more calm and centered. Lea was out of control. I like fire in a player but not a fan of direct personal attacks where everyone can hear it in the venue and on TV.

Yes I agree, just leave the games un-edited. You pay to have commentators then cut out a lot of their commentary during time-outs.
