I...this is actually pretty fucking good. I've has some Nightcore sent to me that I've liked some parts and disliked other parts but this actually sounds good. The vocals still sound decent without sounding insanely squeaky. I'd go so far as to say that this could easily be used for an anime if needs be purely because it sounds so clean and crisp instead of rushed and squeaky. Nice work to the editor.

It differs from chipmunked songs in that the pitch is significantly lower, and the change is focused primarily on speed and tempo
not always sped up. Speeding it up would be easy. But remixing and making the voice more high pitch is what many people do. It's kinda like dubstep but more singing and higher voice
