Depends on what kinda demon. Lust oriented, greed oriented, envy oriented, wrath oriented, sloth oriented, pride oriented, or gluttony oriented. (Envy would probably be the closest to cannon due to his quirkless past) but all ideas are entertaining

love your what ifs! but i felt there could have been some points better executed. This is all my opinion feel free to disagree and tell me how im wrong.
1) demon mutant quirk: it makes sense and also still can emply the hate from people but feel less forced. have some past villian have this quirk and having deku have it be like a bad sign.
2) have All for One adopt Young Deku after having the quirk found: you have said before how the doctor works with all for one in another what if. i think this would make sense and give deku more reasons to hate heros. and combined with the disgusted looks could really allow for some evil to grow in him, or have him use All for one To help him save fellow 'Demon children'
3) mother's hate: going off the idea of old super vilian quirk his mother might try to still push him away still give more reason then just a demon. I feel also deku could be manipulates either though a quirk or some ones words to believing that his mother hated him when she did not. either by doctor or All for one, pointing back to opion 2.
4) Mother death: Her death is fine but another option that i feel is also plausible, based on 2 & 3, having All for One kill the mother either personally, though a minion, or though Deku's manipulation, would apply a heavy reason for deku to run away and go Villian but also sew seeds to distrust for villians but that is the only place he could go.
5) UA Rejection: based on him just being a demon i dont understand why UA would reject him. using the previous idea of a past Villian had the quirk could make this more plosible to me.
6)Eri discovery: she could still be found and taken care of in the same way except this could give deku a small but impactful reason to want to leave All for One. but being trapped by him for some reason, view opinion 4.
these are just some ideas that I think could make the what if make more sense and possibly flow better to ME. I will continue to follow your work as i very much enjoy your what if's. Please keep up the good work!
