I had a look in the help section and it seems to be implying that realised gains from trading also count towards your tier balance - it says that unrealised gains don’t count though.: “* Unrealised profit or loss is not included in the calculation to ensure that members are not constantly shifting between tiers due to daily fluctuations.”
:) I’m not sure, but it does seem to say that in the help section… I hope it’s like that - it’d be hugely unfair if it wasn’t - not good for the sense of community and fairness. I’ll keep an eye out and try to work out which way it is.

Unless sipulated somewhere that its Sharia-compliant savings, I'd expect that basic interest on savings wouldnt be Haram which could be why some would choose not to earn interest on their cash balance.
Thomas you have 5 copiers and when I checked if I can copy you it says you can't be copied by any more people because you have reached the maximum AUC allowed. It just sounds funny to not being able to be copied just after 5 copiers. haha, Just in case you are not aware of that. (Probably you are)

You have to put 25k into your account to go platinum not having 25k in your account. That’s a big difference.
Ah, so if my investments do well and my equity reaches 25,000 will they not put me into the platinum tier?
@ no. You have to put in 25k. It tells you how far away you are from the tiers in your account.

@@SocialTrading Yeah. I know that the tax report tool doesn't work in Ireland so one must use the account statement which can be a bit tricky.
