thefunkyfarmerThank you for sharing this with us never seen a truck with a loading and unloading arm. Richard have a nice time replacing your wall don't go to fast take your time when run at something when mistakes are made.
When I worked at a builders merchant in the 60's, the guys on an 8 ton Bedford TK flat bed would collect 2500 bricks from the brickyards, then deliver to site. All unloaded by hand at 4 bricks a time. So much easier these days.
agree ...ideally should have been in the foundations , maybe drill into foundation and hammer it in...and backfill the section the rebar is in with concrete...will deffo strengthen it up ..
would of thought he would put put the blocks on the pallet they came on. easier for u to shift them with the pallet forks then if u need to and have pallet forks.
Valtra Kernow There's often a ridiculous deposit on pallets, so unless people specifically ask for them, we take them back to the yard. It saves us having to return to collect them as well.

wow thats a nightmare.nobody would want to do that these days
Richard, when you build it worth getting some 10mm re bar to stick up through the block centres to give greater strength
