NAVIC: Modular AUT Scanning Solution for Corrosion Mapping and Weld Scanning

The NAVIC is a modular, motorized, steerable scanner designed to carry various attachments used in various scanning & inspection applications. The remote operated scanning platform is capable of circumferential scans from 70mm (2.75") minimum OD to flat surfaces and longitudinal scans from 305mm (12") minimum OD to flat. Joystick-controlled steering allows for smooth and accurate weld tracking.
Equipped with a motorized Raster Arm, the Navic can facilitate automated corrosion mapping (2-axis encoded scans or c-scans).
Fitted with a Probe Holder Frame, the Navic can carry out circumferential and longitudinal weld scans, holding phased array and TOFD probes simultaneously.
