Lufthansa is by far my favorite. Although, I flew Singapore Airlines for the first time this summer and I was very impressed. While the onbaord service was by far some of the best I have ever had, I think that Lufthansa has the total package. No other airline does the things LH does to make the customers and fans feel like they are truly part of the company.
LH, my savior airline, you guys got us back to North America after Air Canada dropped the ball BIG TIME, thanks for making our flight back from London (with all it's connections) amazing and getting my mom and I home for Christmas

Im upset. On yahoo answers ppl said that Lufthansa doesnt have the nicest crew, it doesnt have a hot towel in economy, and it doesnt have a remote like SriLankan Airlines. Now i have to fly lufthansa, when i could have been flying SriLankan Airlines
A more - normal passenger - focused policy instead of ONLY business and first class passenger policy would be better for lufthansa... service in economy is much less than what they show here... but still very good.
