You swerving that Pidgeot EX into kanga, then pivoting to Celebi is one of the coolest strategies I've seen in this game so far. Well done on this deck for real.

Nice work! I think one of the reason Victreebel works so well is because people forget what Victreebel does, 60 damage one shots many basics, and exeggcutor helps stalling while provide steady damage. Once Victreebel is out you either kill a basic or have a basic to kill, if it evolves early, it could even shut down the opponent's evolution. The deck is a fine piece of work, thank you mogwai, be sure to get some rest :)

It is slept on! Won tons of matchups against Mewtwo and Celebi. With blue you are practically unkillable because you reduce your damage by 20. Plus blue it is 30. 160 health and you practically only need 3 energy, when you play the basic Pokémon first for collecting metal energy.
The play using the flute to revive and fragrance trap Kang and then pivoting into Celebi is insane I guess a psychic executor can be used to substitute Celebi?

i have had a really fun time with dual energy koga/weezing, old egg and one egg ex, celaby (could run mew ex, i personally run one of each for flexibility) this deck just puts up large walls that do consistent damage with low energy and you just stall until your opponent has to bring in their ex that you then one shot with your own ex that you have been stock piling energy on. running two leafs with your koga means they have to bring in their heavy hitter to finally get a point, which means you finish them off with one big gamba.
I dont get the play at 17:34, why didn't you just switch in vic and drag one of the starmie for the kill? they were both at 50 hp and would've died from vic
This is what Mog was saying in vid that people just don't know how Victreebell works and don't know how to play around it. The card ability literally says drag a benched "Basic" pokemon. Both Starmies are Stage 1 my brother.
I've been playing a deck with a similar idea but it is a dual energy deck with Aerodactyl EX and a one of base aerodactyl to deny evolutions and have a chance to get rid of em if the are able to evolve. It has been quite succesfull and super fun to play.

Have you considered trying running alakazam & mew? Super effective into celebi / misty juice decks whilst mew counters mewtwo & zard no problem - struggles a bit into pikachu though
