Dr. Nira Singh Shrestha, she changed my life. I will never forget her. One of the best doctors in Nepal for gyno, and very professional. thank you so much. :)
I am 35+ weeks pregnant. I didn’t really have a great pregnancy mentally because we just got married and things were just settling down and the news was a surprise to us. This podcast has helped me a lot of how I need to prepare myself for post pregnancy. Thank you Priyanka ❤
I just love this podcast to watch and got opportunity to apprehend so many things from two strong lady that i admire & also Dr. Nira Shrestha being my doctor throughout my pregnancy journey ❤️❤️🙏
Dr Nira ❣ confident , grounded with so much positivity !! Thank you Dr Nira without you I couldn't have pull of my pregnancy.. More power to you Doc keep shining ⭐⭐
😢 mum being left alone after childbirth..her care is also the priority very important to remember by her husband and family..all that new mums need is tender loving care! Thank you for starting a podcast of a topic unknown to so many 🫡
Please invite Dr. Nira Sing Srestha again and discuss in details about mother’s diet post delivery. N thank you for conducting such an informative podcast🙏
I am so glad Dr Nira spoke so many things about her own journey. Coincidence we both had twins pregnancy. I am her patient too and we both have twins babies. I really want to share my journey of joyful motherhood and how yoga and meditations helped me a lot during and after pregnancy. Even i did my yoga at hospital. I am lucky to have you as my doctor. My concern was always i don’t want to stop doing my yoga
I really want to go to this platform and share about my twins pregnancy and even after having twins i do my all yoga and it really helped to raise my babies. I am fortunate my husband and i we both look after our babies and knew we both are equally responsible for our twins. I want to talk about baby bonding, talking frequently with babies help us and babies too. I often say my twins thankyou for coming in our life as a greatest blessings.
Watching from Australia I am also a new mom of my 2 months old baby and I am enjoying this podcast very much. Priyanka de your show is always informative. I have watched all your Antenatal videos and excited to share my postnatal journey with this 4th trimester show.
Yea everything becomes about the baby once they arrive. The day I was getting discharged, my in-laws picked up the baby and happily walked out of the hospital, and I was walking alone more like limping from the stitches down below . And at home everyone barging into the bedroom to check on the baby while I just want to catch a short nap and some space and privacy. 😢😢 All the new moms stand up for your boundaries, postpartum is a rollercoaster ride emotionally and physically.
I enjoyed the podcast but Priyanka dee, I think you should let the guest talk too. 🤔 You ask the question and when the guest is talking or about to explain, you interrupt her and share your experience. 😄🤭 But overall this podcast is amazing and helpful not only for moms but also to-be moms, planning to-be moms, and also the friends/family of moms. 💓🥰
Omg, I am watching from USA. I am so proud of you Priyanka and Dr. Our nepali society must must need to hear this. Yesss, Continue come with uplifting women, newly mothers needs and keep hammering them. I love it. Ayush ,please make your nose big when society and family comment you with nonsense. It is part of Father's job too to raise, change diapers to kids.
My doctor ❤🙏 U were very supportive and cool doctor that I have ever met. U helped my pregnancy journey to be more smoother. In the beginning, I was very frightened, but after meeting u, ur positivity and ur attitude to listen helped me a lot. Thank u again Doctor Neera❤
Such a knowledgeable podcast ... Please continue this🙏 ...You are doing a great work for us (especially for new moms)... I am also 2months postpartum and your podcast is being really helpful❤
Everyone’s recovery is different. 6 weeks after birthing may not be entirely ok for some women or even men. So communication is needed. Yes prior to having sex, having little cuddle touch , dating life is important. It’s not a rule book. Some women r ready even before 6 weeks but some won’t be until 6 months or later. But it all depends on different factors. This topic needs little sensitivity
Wow my doctor 😍🙏 you helped my pregnancy journey to be more smoother . You are like my family member of my beautiful pregnancy journey . You are such a grounded person i have never meet in my life before . Now my baby is 6 years old . Much love doctor ❣️❣️
10:15- exactly my experience. The time I needed the most care everything was about the baby. And even I forgot to take care of myself, let alone other people in the family
We often forget the important role that doctors play in our lives, and for that, we owe them a huge ‘thank you’. Thank you so much Dr Nira for the wonderful birthing experience. Thank you for being such a wonderful doctor 🙏
Plz discuss about the breastfeeding and formula milk. Breastfeeding is the biggest problem in postpartum time how to increase how to feed milk with very small nipple.what are the solutions of this?
Good one. Priyanka should have talked less and let guest speaks more given the profound experiences she possesses practically and technically. And that could have made a talk show little shorter and engaging too. I don’t feel like completing the show entirely.
My Doctor❤ malai Hajur ko pahela normal delivery vako ho yo Pali pani normal nai garaunu parcha vanera normal delivery ma help garne mero Pyaro doctor. My baby boy is 2 months young now 😊
🎉🎉🎉thank you nyano diapers for bringing our intelligent doctor in front of us.
