What I liked about this drama is she stands on her own two feet, gets over this childhood love and really kicks butt. When her father loses everything he only has her to fall back on, shamelessly he asks for help to, unfortunately she helps him, being the better person.
He never cheated on her. Their childhood, best friends, and she’s always been in love with him, and she’s been lying to her self this whole time, thinking that he had feelings for her.
Always in Chinese dramas a girl character has delusions of love over some guy. When the guy is approached over these feelings he then feels guilty about not loving her back. Most of the time he had no clue to begin with. She built the whole thing up in her mind, and expects him to fall right into place. Always! 🙄🙄
These types of titles will affect how I react and feel about the clip and ergo leave a negative feeling about the drama in general. I get the reason for the trick but still...

Plus, for us poor souls who have to filter out the subtitles of the irritating soundtrack while they are speaking to each other - Ugh. The writers/society still insists on the women being dependent on the man or, the family in order to be successful. Only women already successful are allowed to be strong and stand on their two feet. When the female must appear near toddler-esque in their maturity - that makes me angry.
