Yes booker has always always been able to score but he's needed someone to lead him and CP3 does that, but players like Luka and melo are so rare because they don't need much leadership, in a couple years melo could easily be a top all star depending on how he develops
@Axl Kb I think melo is more like CP3, just a little more flashy, both can score but they really bring a team together and bring out the good in everyone's play style. And Luka is a much less physically dominant lebron but with better shooting
