MJ had two 3-peats, DPOY, played defense, and 6 Finals MVP's. There's no comparison between the two......not in the same class. Same school yes, but not in the same class. Just watch the NBA 75th Anniversary intros or listen to the NBA players who were named to the NBA 75th team and see how they reacted to MJ being there. They all know......who is the top guy is.
Didn't have the competition bron had. Compare the finals teams Jordan faced and then compare it with who bron faced in the finals. Lebron had way more competition and it's not even close.
Jordan matchups in finals Dan majerle Bryon Russel Bryon Scott Clyde drexler Hershey Hawkins The only player to make 1st or 2nd team anything was Dan with a 1st defensive team (2) everyone else don’t even have an accolade. Clyde drexler is the only household name out of that bunch. The competition doesn’t compare to the matchups bron had to face Kd, Curry, Kawhi, Tim Duncan These are house hold names… I don’t understand why y’all compare the 2. Not only that Jordan had the best rebounder, best coach, best wing defender, and best European player. Jordan didn’t guard Charles Barkley, karl Malone, Dominque Wilkins, etc. y’all giving him defensive credit for something he not even doing 😭😭😭
Remember when every body was trashing lebron for joining the heat, Larry Bird was one of the few that supported his decision. Bird has always been in lebron corner.

@@rakabyeBecause he isn’t as accomplished as the person people trying to put him over, that’s why him being number 1 sounds crazy to people especially considering he’s playing over 20 seasons
@lajuan3474 And on top of that, I should have realized they were lying from day 1 when they first started that dumb narrative. Because I started watching the NBA in 2000. My favorite duo ever Shaq & Kobe, also won when Jordan was still playing too! Lol. The media guys always try to cherry pick stuff. If you call them out on it they're gonna shift it to "nobody ate when Jordan was winning." Then if you mention Hakeem they will shift it to say "nobody ate when Jordan was winning and playing full seasons." They don't even realize that fans of other superstar players that have won titles could use a similar slanted argument that they use. Because essentially what they don't realize is they're pretty much saying nobody was winning when their guy was winning... which is basically the same for a lot of other all time greats... once somebody is winning somebody is losing obviously. And they ignore the fact that it wasn't only Jordan that was playing great for the Bulls.
They had better teams than MJ. Jordan was the best player in every playoff series he played in. The Celtics swept the Bulls, and Bird called Jordan god.
@@carloszepeda8960 Well yeah he was still in the NBA. You see this is the dumb part of the argument because you guys keep shifting the statement. I can say nobody ate when Shaq and Kobe were in their primes, healthy and had a good team around them. I can say nobody ate when KD and Steph were together and healthy. I can say nobody ate when Bill Russell was in his prime and had a stacked team around him. Its the same thing. I'm not just talking about LeBron. I'm saying the dumb narrative Jordan fans use can be used on a number of other stars because all they do is single out specifically the years he won the championship. Lmao. 6 years was not his whole career. Nobody ate when Popovich don't sub Duncan out late in the game of a finals.
Nobody ate when Michael and Scottie was at there peak. Even during injuries to key player's. It's insane that they played all those long seasons with injuries and still won back to back championships. No team has ever done it with a two man combo plus a third wheel. Shaq and Kobe lost to Detroit. Celtics teams where always stacked teams in weaker conference. Even golden state who is probably the most offensively stacked team that has ever existed couldn't hold up to the wear and tear of long playoff runs. They all broke down. To be great you have to be a dominant winner plus durable and resilient in a deep era. And only one player and team meets those requirements.

"nobody is critiquing LeBron in year 21" lol what... it's like Skip Bayless just doesn't exist to them anymore.
Bruh, have you watched Undisputed this seaaon? Skip hardly criticizes Bron anymore. He gets overwhelmed by Keyshawn and Sherm's Bron fanboyism. Skip is a super liberal, he's backing Bron more now.
lol Lebron been getting passes his whole career,
@@QuestionEverything562skip used to criticize Lebron
@@kohsmoger1567 I know. Skip used to be Bron's biggest critic. However, he knows which way the wind blows, and he's jumping on that super libtard express that ESPN runs. The sports media is mostly left leaning, so LeBron is their poster boy. They have to continue to push Bron's phoney GOAT case. They have bigger political plans for LeBron James. ESPN uses LeBron's "Social Change Internet personality" as a type of criteria for his phoney GOAT case. When it just comes to their basketball careers, Bron has absolutely no case for GOAT over MJ. Great longevity doesn't beat a great long prime full of three-peats.
@@QuestionEverything562bro what lol do you think the earth is flat too?
This was hilarious 😂
Really glad ESPN looks at these comments and do what the fans ask. The combo of Stephen A, Shannon, and Perk will always get my views. They got their own styles but are respectful and put on for the culture! Brothahood looking good.
It would be amazing to get LB in the studio please 🙏❤😊
ben Wallace gave nothing offensively but Stephen mentioned Dennis Rodman?
As a Detroiter, its hard to to compare bad boy pistons to '04 pistons. They were both DOMINANT DEFENSIVELY. Both putting up a match vs Jordan AND Lebron
The man fasted for 8 years. 😂
Perk live in BMT that’s crazy lol
When someone says, "Wow, really?" In person that means you about to get snuffed. Lol.
Unc got me dying 😂😂
This was hilarious, I'm ready for this.
Lmao I’m here for the friendly banter
Yeah these two have the best Goat debate. Funny as hell
I love these guy's energy!!! 😂
🤣🤣hilarious segment
1:25 look how big Shannon eyes got when he said it’s written in blood 😂
😂😂😂😂 now that's funny af
Perk’s laugh is too funny 😂
This debate i wish was longer
Ngl this was one of the best debates I’ve seen😭😭
2 dark brothers calling me red.. imma look red beside y'all anyway🤣🤣🤣This debate was 10× more competitive than the all-star game last night smh..."The man fasted for 8 years, he didn't eat anything" 😂😭😂😭"It's written in blood" dude Shannon is killing me This debate will never end 😂Skip was sick to his stomach seeing Bird say that. Perk at the end saying “And they might not leave” lol😂😂😂😂1:15 SAF breaking out into impersonating UNC and Perk's face is GOLD.....GOLD hahahaha 😂😂😂 And the RED comment at 5:35 😂😂😂😂 These barbershop brothers...I'm here for it. Protect this trio at ALL COSTS!! Today was the day Stephen A. almost lost all of the rest of what was left of that hair. These two have the best funniest GOAT debates. Lighthearted, without putting down the other great player 😅I love these three together 😂😂😂ESPN has a gem of a cast “And they might not leave” 🤣 Perk is hilarious Perk saying "CRITICKTIN" in 2024 is crazy This joker said, HOLD ON BIG PERK. I PITY THE FOOL "!!! 😂😂😂😂. This is pure gold. The Pistons haven’t been part of a conversation in a while 😂😂😂Perk just giggles every few minutes😭They need a show with these 3😂😂😂😂You know Stephen A very upset with Larry Bird for throwing a bone at Shannon and Perk. 😂This trio is TV Gold 🤣🤣The Unc Minority Report reference was the Coke cherry Drink on the cake for me😂😂This was the best segment between these 3😂😭It is always an honor to watch Lebron James play!! He will be missed! The fact they just spent 10 minutes talking bout Ben Wallace is crazy. The 2007 pistons didn’t have Ben anymore. That was the Chris Webber and Mcdyss version of the team. The best defensive version of the Pistons in that era was the 2004 through 2005 season Did somebody even watch Bird, Reggie, and Isiah talk? They weren't making any list or whatever, more they were saying that people are bias naming their eras and players from their eras as the best ever. “Imma look red next to y’all any day of the week” 🤣🤣😭😭😭😭😂😂😂😂Stephen A. Shut Up are you crazy so you are hilarious 😆"Nobody is critiquing LeBron in year 21" lol what... it's like Skip Bayless just doesn't exist to them anymore. Tom Cruise in The Minority Report 😂😂😂😂I believe the Unc is ignoring the type of team Michael Jordan was drafted to in 1984. It takes time to turn around a franchise and Michael Jordan helped bring 6 Eastern Conference championships and 6 NBA championships This is definitely the best debate for this subject ESPN has had, instead of comparing Jordan/LeBron to the 2016-2017 Warriors, digging deeper and comparing what is more difficult, playing the 2007 Spurs or 80s Pistons/Celtics, for the first time in my life I am stumped.
These debates be funny !!! But glad they all friends at the same time
MJ had two 3-peats, DPOY, played defense, and 6 Finals MVP's. There's no comparison between the two......not in the same class. Same school yes, but not in the same class. Just watch the NBA 75th Anniversary intros or listen to the NBA players who were named to the NBA 75th team and see how they reacted to MJ being there. They all know......who is the top guy is.
Don’t forget, Jordan accomplished much more in much less time.
Didn't have the competition bron had. Compare the finals teams Jordan faced and then compare it with who bron faced in the finals. Lebron had way more competition and it's not even close.
@@bigpoppa3999Name the competition lebron had to go through in the East in the playoffs to get to the Finals?
Played against bums
Jordan matchups in finals
Dan majerle
Bryon Russel
Bryon Scott
Clyde drexler
Hershey Hawkins
The only player to make 1st or 2nd team anything was Dan with a 1st defensive team (2) everyone else don’t even have an accolade. Clyde drexler is the only household name out of that bunch.
The competition doesn’t compare to the matchups bron had to face
Kd,
Curry,
Kawhi,
Tim Duncan
These are house hold names… I don’t understand why y’all compare the 2. Not only that Jordan had the best rebounder, best coach, best wing defender, and best European player.
Jordan didn’t guard Charles Barkley, karl Malone, Dominque Wilkins, etc. y’all giving him defensive credit for something he not even doing 😭😭😭
If I was Perk I woulda just sat aside with some popcorn lol
"Its written in 🅱️💯👌🏾" 😂😂Unc a fool wit it fr!
Perk had a point when he mentioned the 04 pistons. That team was nasty.. Good luck scoring 80 on them any night 🤘
😂😂😂😂 Shannon and Stephen A are hilarious 😆
Larry said if.
And the never ending debate lives on lol 😂
😂😂😂😂 Unc is everything on this show. I've never seen Stephen A laugh so much.
Remember when every body was trashing lebron for joining the heat, Larry Bird was one of the few that supported his decision. Bird has always been in lebron corner.
We need this 2 in Wrestlemania
“Was he vegan?” 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The issue with stephen a is that he says lebron being 2nd "Isnt an insult" and also says him being 1st is "rediculous." Whaaaaaaaat????
Thats my problem too. How can it be out of the question for him to be Number 1 but u have him at number 2… the gap is not that big to be that overwhelmed with emotion ab it
It’s very big he’s played longer than Jordan and Kobe and still chasing them
@@rakabyeBecause he isn’t as accomplished as the person people trying to put him over, that’s why him being number 1 sounds crazy to people especially considering he’s playing over 20 seasons
@@suntansuperman26 there are players with more on their resume than Jordan outside of the top 2…
@@rakabye Like who? Add up all of Jordan’s accolades and he has the most than any other player
It's always entertaining to watch these arguments...😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Bird was tough. Played half his career banged up and still DELIVERED!
Years ago I used to buy into the media narrative on "Nobody ate in MJs era" until I found out about Magic, Bird & Isaiah.
@@diegobromfieldJordan with the wizards really? Everyone ate on lebrons watch
