Dragon Horse opened its doors in March of this year and has already made a name for itself with a unique cocktail menu and late night sushi service.

1 3/4 oz Kavalan Taiwan ( Salty Vanilla butter / Maitake mushroom washed )
1/4 oz Oleo Banana Saccharum
4 dashes of Chinese five-spice bitters
2 dashes of Trinity bitters
