  • Bosch MR23 MRC23EVSK 2.3 HP unboxing.
A raised panel cabinet making project required a router base but I ran into problems:
The Bosch router bases were more than I wanted to invest into this project especially given the few negative reviews about the Bosch router tables.
This left only the very expensive ones as an option...
OR... make one myself. Game on.

Is the locking lever adjustable in height? It has like 'three positions' on the blue plastic the lever is sitting on.. Also, my lever is so vertical and kind of hard to reach..,

This is not compatable with any lifts. I have never recentered mine after changing base no probems.

leave the fixed base in the table, use the plunge base the rest of the time.

Why did you buy a base that says it's made for the 1617evs and expect it to work with the 23evs?

Do the black plastic handles come off on the MRF01? I don't have the clearance on my nw custom router table. If not I'll have to buy the 1617 older model. ?? Plz let me know asap. Thanks
