"You can't save everyone" very good thing to note. I had another confirmation today when I met a young man at a store. I asked him what he does outside of his current job. He told me he was studying Finance at a University. I asked him what's his goal and he said to sit on his couch. He was not being rude, he was serious. He said he had no intentions to be rich. He was okay with nothing much. He didn't leave any space for motivation. He thought I was weird to want to make alot of money. How do we safe such a mindset? . The right people will find us.
I especially loved the fourth point entitled: "Learn How to Lead". You are so on point regarding the importance of emotional intelligence because it is critical in leading others/teams.
Dr Sonja always gets me to think outside the box as she evaluates and elevates my level of thinking and she does this again with the Rolls Royce method. These standards are based on having integrity and also lays the foundation for my brand and my goal to be in the 2% coaching group.

I resonated with this for so many reasons. I love the idea of being a person of your word. Walking the talk has a level of integrity that we need to hold onto as many clients see us as the last stop so we have to put out actions that match our words. You know they say that when the student is ready the teacher shows up...well I'm finally ready to hear about sales funnel and lead magnets so you had me at BECOME A BEAST AT SALES. And most importantly sell without even selling just like the RR doesn't have to sell itself.

Like when Dr. Sonja advised "my people will know my voice so this empowers me to know that I know and believe from this day forward its more than okay that my brain doesnt always process as it should since the mini stroke and seizures damages. AND #subscribers does not equal wealth, WERK does! See now when the #followers show up for real what it means! 1. Person of my word: Placing value on my rules/standards are important not just for others to understand but for me to stand on them once placed because it will make or break ANY relationship. 2. First let me say, after listening to all seven Power Points, it left me with so much to think about and absorb but the one that pulled me in the most was Power Point #7. Before I made the decision to attend your boot camp, I had heard your name several times but never knew who you were until a little over a month ago. I rarely get on Facebook, usually only if someone ask me to look at something specific but for some reason, and as we know, everything happens for a reason, your videos have been coming up on my page along with other coaches' videos about their camps. Your Power Point #7 represents you because yours was the only one to me who exuded great confidence without arrogance. What I took from #7..... show your confidence when you walk into a room and people will know you without you saying a word! I truly look forward to learning and building my legacy with you.
This was great information. My takeaway from this was to not get caught up in social media that I am different from everyone else. That I have to Lead myself 1st and emotional intelligence is something I must develop in order to Lead. I don't think I have ever seen a Rolls Royce commercial. My biggest lesson become a beast a selling because even if I am a Rolls Royce coach but no one know about me I won't to be able to serve many people Secondly, being elite means I am not the coach, we are not the coach for everyone. Also the concept of leadership was reinforced but most importantly self-leadership keeping our word is a key part of self-leadership. Yes, let's mind our business!!
Rolls Royce (RR) doesn't chase its customers; their clients know they are part of a very small number of people that can afford a RR. As a lifestyle coach, I must create and project the mental attitude that my life experience makes me more than qualified to help my clients. My pricing needs to attract the clients that are ready to invest in their future. I am positive RR does not apologize to the Toyota consumer for their prices. Those that want to ‘nickel and dime’ my experience must be handled with respect and a firm ‘Perhaps this is not a good fit for you at this time.’ I must keep the mindset that I will not appeal to everyone, but I will attract those ready to invest in their development.
