oh no, this is dreadful. 7 minutes of exposition confirmed this was not going to be good. it's a shame to see martin freeman's acting range is very narrow indeed. in fact, he reminded me of ronnie corbett's character in sorry. this is nothing more than a middle-class comedy that is predictable, tedious and drab. the bbc has got very conservative with its programming lately.
