2102 climbs out of Jim Thorpe towards Nesquehoning with a modest 14-car train on the first of three Fall Foliage trips for the 2024 season. Though never in any danger of stalling, she slips a bit more than I think anyone was expecting her to, a testament to the unpredictable rail conditions during Autumn, and a taste of what's to come on the next trip, which is sold out.
