Hi Josh and Sav. I just had my 2nd child 3 weeks ago, and I am in the thick of no sleep, but my husband is absolutely amazing he has been home being so supportive and helpful. By the Lord's grace I have really been enjoying the newborn phase and its been amazing. My husband and I bounce off each other and it helps us not be so stressed. Also I hope you see this because I wanted to ask you Sav where did you get your earrings and necklace from? I have nickel allergy and can't wear anything with nickel in it and most of the jewelry I get or is gifted to me makes me breakout. If anyone sees this please tell me where ya'll get ya'll jewelry from. Thank you all in advance and the Alexander's are a beautiful family. I love interracial couples because my husband and I are interracial and we have 2 kids as well but not 2 under 2.

I had three children two years apart ( years ago) . My husband did not get up at night and wanted me to keep it quiet because he had to go to work the next day. I remember complaining loudly about that! But…. I pretty much had total care of our three children…i was able to quit my job four years after marriage when he completed school and as soon as i got pregnant….but I remember being extremely exhausted for a long time…i slept when my children slept. I was the solo cook and housekeeper and served meals at the same time every day. If my husband worked late he ate at work. My husband and i were both interested and involved, but in different areas I guess. I don’t remember us trying to take care of each other like we were still children. I don’t remember feeling like we were apart during those years. Too tired I guess!….Those sleepless nights were temporary. It might be because it was a long time ago, but it seems like things ran fairly smoothly. My husband did not leave his clothes lying around. On his days off, he took care of our kids and let me have time to myself part of the time. He even vacuumed the house once in awhile. He regularly took care of the yard. We went to church together, one did grocery shopping while the other stayed home with the kids.we had the normal amount of disagreements…but people just arent perfect…it worked out. Our families were not available to babysit….i had someone to watch my children ( she did day care) if i needed a day to go get my hair done or had an appointment. We were active in our church. My husband was never gone overnight and neither one of us had nights out unless we were together. We always slept in the same bed…..it wasn’t perfect because we did get divorced after 15 years of marriage…..but thats a complication…..We worked on our house and yard together and we socialized always as a couple. He worked very hard at his job as a professional. He figured out our budget for the year, and turned his paycheck over to me to pay the bills . He was a great provider, and our children seemed secure and happy. Divorce was awful and should not have happened…..but thats how we did it in the early days….Satan wants to destroy families…stay prayerful.🙏 and we had dogs and cats for pets!❤️

Omg. I love that y’all❤ showed an actual realistic 4am routine which isn’t turning on a camera at 3or4 . P.S I still call my parents by their first and when I wanted something it mommy or daddy. Some thought it was disrespectful especially at church and my classmates would ask why we called our parents by their first name. They taught us their name for the same reason as y’all and it just stuck. There is no rule book on how to raise your children what’s right you may not be right for someone else and that is ok to.

I love this blog I love the realistic ones the most bc me and my husband have three kids and for me my routines at night don’t involve sleep bc I try to get stuff done a lot and my son doesn’t sleep much Being 19 months but my daughters sleep great they are 6 and 8. Honestly our age gap is perfect to🤞🏼more of these morning/day in the life vlog, also I learned that even Carrie’s at rhys age can help from car seat transfer let her sleep on you then put in stroller has helped us a ton🫶🏻
