I felt the same way about my Harriet. I end up rolling up the sleeves on my Harriet and it works a treat. Cute and casual. Don’t chop them off, good to have an option!
I think it will look great if you cut the sleeves, however, it is fabulous with the long sleeves and, as you correctly said once you cut it off you cannot put it back.❤️ decisions! Decisions! Love the jeans. I have had that pattern for over two years and I am yet to make it.
Love the jeans, I definitely need to make my first pair this year using the Closet Core course to help me. I think if you feel you would get more wear out of your blouse with shorter sleeves then go for it, it’s a beautiful make by the way 💞
Thank you!!! And yes I bet their class would help a ton for jeans making! It really is not bad though! If you have some cheap twill..you could attempt it one day and you can even skip all the top stitching and rivets if you want and just practice the main steps!
I love your jeans😍 and yes totally make it short sleeve.. With a cuff or elastic 😊
Thank you!!! Yes it would be so cute with a cuff but I am hesitating but I think I would get more wear out of it??

So true!! Always good to have options!!!
Keep the sleeves as they are. Wear this shirt in the spring and fall.
So true!!!!

Good advice! I had the pattern forever too! And it took me so long to make it!!

@@victorialucilleanne5483 thank you that’s great advice 🌸
Can you share which seams you used on the legs? Did you use flat felled seams?
I love your long sleeve blouse. It’s so pretty. Can’t you just roll the sleeves back if it’s hot. I’d be really reluctant to cut them off. ❤️🇬🇧
Yes I probably will do that!!! Thank you!!
Girl you don't live in Minnesota, you live in the south! Off with the sleeves.
Hahaha i know right! It gets pretty hot down here...for now I might just roll them up..tooo scared haha!
