I think a good strategy for the allies would be to support the side that's losing (using lend-lease) so the civil takes as long as possible, though for the allies it would probubaly be best to the nationalists win, if possible, in 1942

What happens if the USSR conquers some of the chinese home country. Can they give it to the CCP?

Sorry for the late reply Shaun, the answer is yes! The USSR can either give the territory to the CCP or keep it for themselves.
