I never blame the other person. I always blame the cheater. No one pits a shotgun to their heads, so they can lie and cheat and ill treat the wife/gf. We all are at some point have some sorta temptation, it's up to us to give in or back off.
I bet in her mind she assumed all the bad things her husband said about her were true and unbiased, apparently never thinking about the fact that he would only focus on the bad so he could justify sleeping with the intern. The fact that she's faced with his wife and she can no longer tell herself that the husband wanted her because she was good and the wife was selfish and bad she lost the last part of herself that could justify being a homewrecking ho. Even still she's acting like a poor little victim; head bowed with tears in her eyes so to the outside she looks like the victim, when in reality she really is such a selfish and shameless person, because no person with any shame would go after a married man with a family and even visit his sick mother in the hospital with him to start her relationship as the 'new' daughter in law. She's not sorry for what she's done, she's just sorry she can't justify it by telling herself the wife deserved it.

If I were Zhizhi , I will never forgive the mistress. Actually she seduced a married man and she knows he is married yet she pursued her. I will never forgive her for ruining my family.
I only blame her husband . She was young and not married but her husband was older and married . He should be more responsible . Sadly mistress gets all the blame but real culprit are the cheater husbands .
