If only they could get the foliage growing on top of the utilitrees like originally planned. It would make them look so much better.

I agree, there is foliage up there it just isn’t growing the way they envisioned.

From what I can see via google earth it’s still present, it’s either growing under the grate or is just dead. Either way it’s not going to be visible from the ground.
